Suit: Excluding legal aliens from health plan unconstitutional
Seton Hall Law School's Center for Social Justice filed a class action suit Thursday that says the state's move this year to drop thousands of legal immigrants from NJ FamilyCare, a health insurance program for low-income parents, is discriminatory and unconstitutional.

When are these judicial activists going to stop serving as the fourth branch of government in New Jersey? When we get rid of all the activist judges appointed by past Democrat administrations.
