no he won't he lets them hang out at the sheriffs office and we are paying them to talk to their whores on their cell phones and stay on facebook all day when they are on the road its because they are harassing people the one is an ass he lives to make trouble for everybody he comes into contact with and FYI I did try talking to the sheriff and had prove of what he did and I got told to go home and stay away from him

Doesn't sound like sheriff Hieatt You are just trying to cause trouble! Didn't know the Sheriff's office allowed "ride alongs". Hum. How else could you possible know any of this for fact. Simply speculation!! Have a good day!

Awesome stuff, but we know it happens.I got fined $131 today, for a neighbor's dog running at large!!!Can you believe that?? The old hound stayed by me,othere neighbor's houses,by the side of the road, and they tagged me! The owners, a young couple, told the animal control officers a "bald-faced" lie, that the dog wasn't theirs, had never been their's!Some nerve,or who knows? I am trying to sell and move out of this area, and the whole county's dirty, too.Am going to try and get legal help with this, see if people won't change their stories, under oath!!Cheap tricks for even cheaper people.

The sad part of this saga is,not my having to pay a fine, and being inconvenienced by having to come to court today, but was an incident that happened the day I got fined for the homeless, disowned dog. After arguing with the two animal control officers, until I was blue in the face,I had to relent and let them catch the poor dog and take him to the shelter,as I couldn't comply with throwing him in a little chickenwire lot out back,I had for some cats! This is hard to write even,as you can imagine how difficult it would be to orally tell it,but Brownie, the old hound, tried to follow me in the house, when they "persued" him! I ran through the house trying to hold back crying, felt like death approaching me I was so heartbroken! After awhile,I heard Brownie yelping in pain(he has a back injury, can't be touched near his back)! I had to stand back, let someone with the law on their side, harm that dog, walk on my rights as to being a citizen of this country.I HAD NO RIGHTS! They were telling me I was lying, the dog was my dog,and that I HAD to put him in a pen,or tie him up! This road here is a curvy dangerous road ,and people shouldn't be racing through here anyway. That dog was old, down in his back, and couldn't chase cars very often!Through it all,God is on the throne, and real justice will be done! Like I told someone,in a Biblical sense,I have practiced Christianity with a few animals in my life time:been a friend to the friendless, gave shelter, food, drink to the weary. My conscience is clear...

In retrospect,if I hadn't been dragged to court, got a $131 fine, for "harboring?" the poor old dog, with an injured spine,I might've considered taking him, after I found out his owners disowned him, since I'm moving away from this county anyway! I could've managed to get a dog lot,got his shots up to date(there is a vet that will come to your home for a charge,to treat animals that can't be brought to her),but the $131 fine,is about half what the dog lot would cost, and besides,I am "not",going to be forced to take a dog that another person is responsible for, allowing it to run around, hungry, neglected, and now headed for the shelter!I am simply a victim of vendettas from neighbors, blaming me for calling animal control about all of the stray, neglected dogs running amok in their neighborhood, and by mistake, their dogs were picked up,or they were fined, and possibly, they "convinced" animal control to pursue me,to bring blood! I hope a just God,will speak to wicked people's hearts, pushing aside the lying, greed, and vengeful characteristics of these people's human natures! Yes,we all may "harbor" homeless animals, but then there will come the time when the anchor will be lifted, and we sail away.God rest Brownie's soul when he meets his fate at the animal shelter!Kindness, mercy doesn't always win on the streets,or in the courtrooms, but they are attributes I will "harbor" for the rest of my life!!!

Well they certainly are not the ASCA. They do not care about the dogs. They do not want to be bothered by anyone reporting a hungry thirsty dog tied to a tree or in a small pen . Tied in the hot sun with no shade and no water . If you can manage to get one of them to come out and check on the dog , they say its ok . All they can do is pick up a stray dog after someone else has captured it . You can get fined for your dogs barking , but no one in the community gets fined for animal neglect or abuse . Poor animals !

Yes,I was too na´ve that day, thinking because the truth was on my side, that I wouldn't get fined! Yes,it's dawned on me to try and find a lawyer,to clear my name,if nothing else.I have to agree now, that the animal control officers don't care about the poor dogs.Once I thought they were caring people, that liked animals? The bubble burst, the way they did me so dirty on March 19,2013! They caused trouble for a caring person, that was really, just a guardian for that dog, anticipating his owners being freed from their house in escrow in May,thinking they would take him back,as they told me once they would! Now the poor dog's life is in limbo, and he will be carted off to that shelter.I'm trying to find him a home right now. He surely will miss these hills, where I'd say he spent his entire life. I feel the county ought to be more lax about dogs running at large(this dog was harmless in every other way),and just be stricter about rabies vaccinations, tags, license, etc. Give the dogs some freedom, and leave it up to the owners to be responsible for any bad behavior on the part of their dog.Yes,it's sad,the neglect and plight of stray cats and dogs running around neglected.

that's true i know the one does because he has woman all over the county and when he is supposed to be working he is with one of his girlfriends I know this because he likes to brag about it that he gets paid to see his sweeties he told me out of his own mouth don't have to take nobody's word for it he harassed me for months when I reported him they wanted to dig up dirt on me and try to make it out like I asked for it 307 text messages sent in one day from him wasn't enough for harassment charges and btw whenever the sheriff sends them out of town for a meeting the tax payers are paying for it and they take woman with them to have fun with not their wifes or girlfriends just woman they pick up somewhere nice to no the tax payers are paying for them to cheat

I'm sure it was a vendetta, revenge to do me the way they did that day.I was gone, met one coming out as I was coming in on the road to my place.Within 1/2 hour, they both were stopped in front of my place, seemed to me like they just egged the dog on,to come to the road to them! With sorry behavior like chasing women, who can trust civil servants to be fair, honest? Then, too, you have to wonder, who they are involved with, maybe one of your enemies??It's sickening! I am determined to sell this house, get out of this county to not live under oppression. This isn't the first unfair call I've had with the county, and I am getting the message and getting out of dodge. I try to live a law abiding life, and there's no way in hell I will allow people to put me in the wrong bracket, for whatever reason.Yes,I may need some more data later on in the game. Thanks for your letting me know I was seemingly right about set up,vendettas.
