Would it not be divulging confidential company information to say anything about an employees private information, pay or benefits in a public forum? All employees usually sign a confidentiality agreement and most companies are pretty serious about divulging information about business or employees.Sounds pretty serious to me!

Davina has all of the higher ups at the company fooled. She surrounds herself with people she can control and manipulate, who will do everything she tells them, even falsifying documents. If someeone questions her, or wants to do things by the rules, she makes certain they are gone, one way or another, even if it means lying and getting others to do the same. I know several nurses have lost their job because they have brought legitimate concerns to her attention that were swept under the rug. Rather than investigate, the person who complained was let go. It is sad that people are too blind to see this even after years of this going on. When will they wake up? You can say I am wrong all you want, but I know for a fact, I am not, and others here know this as well.
Well I know a more than a couple women that work here that are exactly like her if this is how she really is....

Mr. Quinteir has been hired and fired by this company on many occasions, street talk says he has been using for years and this company, American Healthcare LLC out of Roanoke continues to hire and employ him.
Bill Cranwell was a man that has been excluded from providing services to the elderly by CMS yet continues to own an operate this company through his lackey Ted LeNeave.
I don't know that they provide good care or care at all but recent events may shed light on this question.

The reasons payis confidential is because they do not want you to know how low you are getting paid. This is a form of wage discrimination whereby companies keep wages low by keeping emplyee wages in the dark.

I was a CNA for several year and my mother has been a patient for many years at Heritage Hall. It takes a special person to work in nursing and to do it well. It was always my goal to provide the best care posible for my patients, but working in nursing facilities its staff can only be as good as itss management. Often I worked short staffed, this in turn kept me from giving my very best. Patients would become mad at me due to the staff shortage, which I had no control over. My pay was not much more than what I could have made at McDonalds, but yet I had to go to school & pay a yearly fee to be certified. Yes I was trained to be a professional, but yet we are not paid as one. I missed several hoilday and weekends working. Their were times I was pooped and peed on, but the people out don't what to see this. I remember working one night when a stomach virus has hit the facility and 3/4 of the patients were sick and a lot of the employees had called in sick. All I did for 12 hrs straight was change patients and beds. The only reward I got was from the few patients that said thank you. I finally left and when into home health care. I know not everyone does their job, but many of them do. They are the ones you don't see. Only a fool would judge anyone without actually walk a mile in their shoes. While what you say may hold some truth it paints a dark picture for all of us.

Well now, isnt this special? Both u and "faye" ask why dont we tell u what a good job ur doing? I admit some of u are wonderful and tteat the patients with kindness but be honest and ask urself how man are like that? As for the statement why dont we take them home and care for them? Well maybe we want to PAY someone to give them the PROFESSIONAL care they deserve! Thats right, u seem to forget that this is your JOB! You're like so many others out there,in reality u gripe and complain because u have to perform your JOB requirements and that takes you away from texting and gossiping and kissing butt! So dont come in here telling us that we should take care of our family members ourselves! THAT IS YOU JOB!! You are SUPPOSED to be trained to see that they receive the proper care that you are being PAID to give them, and if you cant care for them properly get off your mobile long enoyugh to QUIT! And dont think this is over, lets see what the new administrator has to say![/QUOTE]

I think the problem at heritage hall is that most of the nurses are little shank bitches that were nothing in high school and now think they're all that.

Why judge all the nurses by the ones you have issues with? Some of the employees there do care about the residents and the well being of them. While they may not know the corporate part of the facility, some of them do give the very best of their care to those people. You cannot judge the entirety of the staff on the ones you know. It takes all kinds to make up the world, even includes you. If you have a legal complaint that your family member is being neglected or mistreated then why sit on your bottom on a gossip site and complain?? Why not do something about it....legally?? If things in this facility are as bad as some of you say, and you have proof, then it seems you're just as guilty because you are doing NOTHING to help the residents, but spending a lot of time on this site spouting out how HORRIBLE the place is. There are good and bad employees in EVERY business from fast food to hospitals to nursing homes....and in some ways I agree...if you are not working in the medical field because you ENJOY it, you shouldn't be there, BUT there are plenty of WONDERFUL staff that work at Heritage Hall. Go visit for yourselves. You may change your minds. Don't judge the whole bunch by a few rotten apples.

Oh I know there are a couple of good employees there. I said MOST. Sad fact. I'm not talking about patient care ...I'm talking staff personality. Someone needs to put these "girls" in their place.

As a former employee of heritage hall I can say it was troubled when I worked there. The house keeping and laundry people were having sex back on the laundry tables. Cna's were stealing from the patients , eating their food and even borrowing money from some patients. I never saw anything like it. If you complained and didn't go with the program you weren't liked. People you reported for bad things wer right back at work the next day. You can basically cover anything up there and notebooks were frequently kept. Along with other different chartin at the nurses desk. It was really something else. As for now I don't know and
