Her cousin works there ,her aunt works there,her best buddies work there,no wonder the place has insects crawling around and smells like a landfill..they are too busy gossiping and texting to do any work! Heritage Hall has really gone to hell in a handbasket the past few years. All the decent employees left long ago. The residents are not being taken care of the way they should be. The few caring employees they have, can't do much by themselves. It may be time for someone to make a few phone calls and call in some favors. How long has this Davina been the director of nursing?

Cant blame it all on administration. Their corporate office should carry some of the blame. its a shame the big wigs are living in mansions, driving bmw's, and carrying a fat wallet because they have benefitted from the aging and sick. change can only start from the top and trickle down. change is good!!
