I am curious about the weight loss clinic in Tazewell, where is it located? And how much is it for the shots, or can they be covered in your health insurance? I know a girl that lost weight with the b12 injections. I had a baby almost 2 years ago and I'm still trying to lose the weight. I would be willing to drive to Tazewell weekly for the injections... do they curve your appetite also?

the shots cost $140 a month..thats getting b12& lipo once a week & b6 once a month..they dnt curb your appetite but the pills do...i dnt take those..u dont see the dr.for the shots, you just walk in and the nurse gives you a shot.its located close to the cave and loose change.dr.knapp does the same program in richlands if you live closer down that way..good luck everyone with your weight loss

Keep us updated on yall's progress please! My husband and i are trying to get pregnant, so I know I can't do anything, but my metabolism has slowed down to a crawl, so I'm thinking I may need to look into this some more after (hopefully) we have a baby. I'm interested to see how well it works for you guys, if you're happy with them for the money, and how quickly (and for how long) they work. Also, can you post if there are any side effects that you notice? Best of luck to all of you! Excited for you guys even though I'm PRAYING I'll be getting fatter soon. LOL! Keep us posted!

No aside effects here. I don't pay alot for mine I look for bundle packets they run specials like I paid 150.00 andthat was shots(10) and my pills andb12 pills it works the more water u drink the better. Also they accepts others coupons. If u get 5 friends to go u get one month free so if you go tell them melissa Walsh told u I only need one more person. I have been off mine for about 4 month and don't deem to be gaining my weight back.LOOK FOR SPECIALS......

I done the diet at Dr. Jesse's office and lost 80 pounds in a year... I was on the pill and done the shots weekly and I paid 100 dollars a month.. it takes awhile to get a appointment there because they are so busy. It really does work.. hope that helps everyone!

Geez, don't be a jerk. We're not in school. We're not addressing Congress. We're just trying to help each other out with information that interests us. This is one of just a few topix conversations that isn't cussing one another or talking trash about our neighbors. Let's be happy with that. Perfect grammar or not, I'm happy for input from these nice folks. Let it go.

'Geez'- If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. This forum is about helping others and who cares about someone's grammar, at least we could understand what the person was meaning. Go complain about something else!

I took the shots and the pills also for about 6 months--lost around 48 pounds. I have gained EVERY pound of it back since stopping the program. If you sign on for the complete program, you have to follow a 1200 calorie/day diet (which isn't much food at all), drink at least 64 oz. of water/day, as well as take the pills and the shots. The weight will come off with a LOT of self-discipline and control, but be prepared to stay on the program in order to maintain the weight loss. It just got to be too expensive for me to continue. Good luck!

I've also done this diet. I lost around 60 pounds in a year. I quit going about 3-4 months ago because I was having all the side effects of the pills. BUT I have managed to keep the weight off, I gained around 5-10 back, but I've managed to keep the rest off after all this time. It just always needs to be in the back of your mind about how much you're eating daily. It's hard but it's worth it. Heather Duty is a great person! She's also my regular doctor too. I love her & all of the staff that work out there!
