My home was recently broken into, and the way i hear it theres been quiet a epidemic of this going around lately, its a shame that you cant lock up your home & go to work to earn what you have without some sorry low life breaking in and stealing what you have busted your ass for while your at work, i was just wanting to know if anyone has seen anything or knows anything about this matter, to my knowledge magnolia heights, and the cedarfork area has been hit, i dont know if anywhere else has had this issue.

Yes, it's definitely a shame when one can't leave the house. I've heard the same thing. Back 2 or 3 months ago, I heard somebody broke into an elderly couples house while they were at Church. I can't remember where it was at though. I agree with you, the are sure low life's for sure! I hope you find out who it was, and they need to be punished for the crime.

Try using cctv or an alarm system. It will be costly
but possible worth it.

Remember this during the next election for Sheriff. What we have at this time is not working, it's time for a change.

Its not the sheriffs fault they arrest them and the judge turns them loose. They get tired of arresting the same ones every week NEED NEW JUDGES>

We found out who the thief is the idoit had his pregnant girlfriend 2 pawn one of the items & we had the id# for it but i dont know if anything is gonna come of it, and the officer that handled the case handled it properly he done his job and we are appreciative to him 4 it, the problem here is some people are too strung out on pills or too lazy 2 work for what they want or need its just pathetic people need 2 stop and think how would they feel if it were them.

Times are bad and there is no work around. People are desperate. Crime is going to skyrocket. Not that that is news though, it's been this way for years.

chris widener and lora tapak broke into my apt sometime between march 23 and 25. they are in jail still, and i go tomorrow to testify against them. the things they took were ridiculous, ranging from q-tips and laundry detergent to my 1-year-old's noah's ark set... i think the officer said they were suspects in some other burglaries in the tazewell/new tazewell area.

I too have been victim of a burglary. My home was broken into twice, granted both times were by the same 2 people. Its a shame, the worst part is not the items that were stolen, its the feeling that all privacy is gone and you will never get it back. I remember washing my cloths and sheets, well basically every piece of fabric they touched, several times...

i am pretty sure i know who you are talking about. they are thieving from anyone they can to support their drug habit. the gi3rlfriend had the baby and the poor thing is going through withdrawl and may not live. sad to see what drugs are doing to our world. to people who were in our homes as children and friends of our own children. sad.

The coast of every thing has gone up, and then the coast of every thing is passed on to us.

The coast of drugs do go up and will go up.

The addict has got to get the money from some where to pay for her/his habit. Breaking into a home is a quick way to get money or things to sale for money.

You probably know or live close to the person that breaks into your home. Find out who the drug addicts are that live in the area or neighborhood.

The criminal will basically walk free if there is a weak link in the police, prosecuting attorney, or judge, because one of them or all of them are taking pay offs when it comes to drugs, human trafficking ect.

A certain amount of that money that is collected in pay offs is handed right on up to the top. That money is handed up to our state and federal law makers.
and
They vote on how harsh laws will be concerning sexual abuse (that would affect human trafficking laws) and how harsh laws will be concerning drugs. Human trafficking and drugs are a hundred billion dollar black market business.

The majority of law makers tend to vote for lenient laws concerning drugs and sexual abuse. They vote this way because they get money under the table from the human trafficking and drug business.
and
The only way it will change is to start from the very top.
Vote the senators and congressmen out that support (vote for) weak laws concerning drugs and human trafficking.
and
keep the senators and congressmen in that vote for tough laws concerning drugs and human trafficking.
and
that will crate changes at the bottom concerning corrupt police, corrupt prosecuting attorneys and corrupt judges.
