Todd Crabtree gets probation in case involving game warden
By PHILLIP WILLIAMS The son of former Upshur County Pct. 3 Comm. Lloyd Crabtree was placed on two years probation of a one-year county jail term Tuesday after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge in connection with a widely-publicized standoff they had with a state game warden last year.

thats ridiculous. Game warden was trespassing. Badges dont grant extra rights. He should have gone to trial. People are getting tired of the police state and he could have gotten an acquittal.
