It's clean and in a nice location for the area. If you go on west into Auburn Neb, the RV parks their are much nicer,,,, but they cost a little more..

Sometimes there is privite parking on private land. I have considered opening our land but it would need the necessary improvements. Septic, power and water plus permits. I would need it rented most of the time to pay.
