Will the county-wide smoking ban in Allegheny County really hurt businesses? Or will it help the businesses by promoting healthier lifestyles (and longer life) for the customers of those businesses?

In any case, if it is upheld the second time around I feel it's going to kill business in bars. I'm sure restauraunts will feel it to a degree, but not nearly as bad as the bars.
While I personally do not smoke (cigars from time to time), many of my buddies do smoke and they have stated that they will leave the county in order to get a drink or a bite to eat. I also have a few buddies who own joints around the city and they are not happy with this decisision. So overall, from what I've heard I feel it's going to hurt business in this county.
I do find it odd though, you can go to the South Side, Oakland or the Strip District on any given Friday or Saturday night and see college kids hammered on booze while getting in a car, but God forbid somebody lights up a cigarette. I wonder which is highter, alcohol related deaths or cigarette related deaths?
