PennDOT officials are advising motorists to get around the Bull Creek Road bridge construction by: * Traveling north on Bull Creek Road, turn right onto Ridge Road; * Follow Ridge Road north to Route 908; * Turn left onto Route 908 and follow it to Howes Run Road; * Turn left onto Howes Run Road and follow it back to Bull Creek Road.

How long does it take to replace a tiny bridge? Surely this project should have been done by now. We are at 3 weeks and counting.
