PALUMPASHITSKY is grasping for straws to put one of his underlings in his position after his passing. This man has been the main reason for the economic destruction of Allentown PA single handedly. he has tried to hold every position other than mayor, like in Mayberry.

this is f'ng hilarious. Allentown is overrun by Latin King drug lords. Their tallest skyscrapper fell into a sink hole. Toomey bought his restaurant with cocaine money! Pawloski is a DJ Bananas idiot!
The PPL building fell into a sinkhole? Latin King drug lord? Never saw one. I understand they where a lot of yellow and black, but I see that on Steelers fans. So how could I tell the difference. Toomey made millions selling derivatives on Wall Street and millions more selling out Americans to China as a lobbyist.

Really? He's the main reason there was a world wide recession? Every, EVERY city of over 100,000 people has run a deficit over the last 3 years. Are you claiming someone else would have kept Allentown out of the same situation?

You said the tallest skyscraper in the city fell into a sinkhole. The PPL building is and was far taller and is in the city. I don't care if it is a single use building. Not only that, the Episcopal House at 1440 Walnut Street was also taller and still stands today at 19 stories. Not only is it an apartment building, but there's a deli there, so that's a multi use building.

Anyone else would have raised taxes. That's for sure. There's no way he could cut costs below revenue, it's just not possible. The only other way is to increase taxes.

This is WESTERN PA. We don't care about anyone east of the Susquehana River! U R nothing but New Jersey trash!
Oh, Western Pa. I've been there. Went to IUP. Where soda is 'pop'. Where water is pronounced wooter. Where nobody has ever heard of a preposition. Where 'all of you' comes out like some kind of made up hick word that sounds like 'yunz'. You don't care about anyone east of the Susquehanna river because you can't even spell Susquehanna. Go back to your steel mills and coal mines....Oh, they're all gone. Did that hurt?

You would have done better than Palumpa, judging from the sound of your behind from sitting on your couch. Indavidiaul tax per resident in each house.$25.00 per head some houses would have 15 x 25.00=375.00pr if there accounted for lol.
