This is Craig Neal. I am being forced to respond because of untrue stories being printed about me. Michael was my best friend in florida for years. Michael it is true, was a crack dealer by choice. I recommended, and even provided transportation for Michael to work at Ballyhoo with me. Michael called me the night of his death and begged me to connect him with Robbie for an ounce of cocaine. I loved Michael and hated Rob Maniatis and in no way did I have anything to do with Bamas murder. I went to the police right away and gave them all the information I had and tried to set up Maniatis over the phone with no success. In no way would I ever hurt my friend who I cared about so much. I am very hurt by his loss and feel guilty at times because of the way things happened, but I am not a murderer and Michael will always have a place in my heart as a true friend.

Judy, I understand that you are in pain, I can't even begin to imagine what you must be dealing with. You seem to think that you know exactly what went on, but I don't think you do. You paint this picture of Michael as being some upstanding young man who never did anything wrong. He WAS into drugs and I understand that must be a hard pill for a mother to swallow, but you need to because it's the truth. What other reason would he have to be in the situation that he was in? I'm not condoning what Robbie did obviously, he got what he deserved in my opinion. Wishing revenge against Craig, Candace and JT isn't going to get you any closer to the closure that you are seeking, it's only going to keep you down. Let it go. Keep your son's memory in your heart, and remember the good times that you shared with him, and let the rest go!

Into drugs well let's see there was no drugs in his system because all that was tested. If he was selling that many drugs where's the money? He had none and he had no material goods. The old dodge truck he had his dad gave him. He had a $1500 trailer and clothes. So I don't think he was that heavily into drugs. And he was an upstanding person. He was a good hearted person that would have given Robby the money he had, if Robby had just given him a sob story. But according to Craig Robby was all strung out when HE TOOK Michael and met Robby and introduced them. I'm not seeking closure I'm seeking revenge for these people's actions. Someone took care of Robby for me and when the time is right the others will be taken care of.

Now why would a crack dealer have to beg you to set him up with someone for an OUNCE of cocaine. Would he not have his own supplier? Come on Craig remember you told us you had to go home that night and clean out your house that you didn't sell coke you were a coke head. Well if you've forgotten I have it on tape I will gladly send you a copy. Michael was not in Florida for years. He went there In January of 2005. And to hate Robby Maniatis you certainly didn't have a hard time calling his number (I don't keep numbers of people I hate) There's no untrue stories about you. I have Michael's phone records you iniated the calls between you and Michael that night. You called many times while Bubba was at Michael's until Bubba left and then you wanted Michael to meet. Bubba would not have let Michael go alone Would He? You knew that. they were together all the time. But you had to make sure Michael didn't have anyone to watch his back. If you didn't deal with drugs you wouldn't have the hook up. i appreciate you going to the police. It did help you and me.

Craig didn't pull the trigger but he was there and he helped to set the whole thing up. Not a murderer but an accomplish.

I care about micheal and was a true friend. I did not initiate the calls for the drugs. Micheals supposed friends (bubba and jen) they both know i cared about him and would never set him up. I tried to help him get a job and tried to get us both away from that lifestyle. I know the truth and i know Micheal cared about me and he knows i care about him and he knows i would never have hurt him ever. True, I am far from perfect but i am a true friend and micheal knows that for sure. I am very sorry for everything that happened that night and if i could change it all i would. But I had nothing to do with him being killed, period. Bama knows that in heaven for sure.

3 people need to pay. They owe a debt with a very big balalnce. Candace is living the life with her husband and new baby. You may see her in the news as a baby murderer before long. But I guess then it will be poor Candace she would never do anything like that it's all the stress and it's going to be someone's fault, because she's a good girl. LOL

Ms. Judy, I'm truly sorry for the loss of your son. After reading all these comments I have to say this. I was born in Andalusia,Al. which is now the Meth capital of the world, I moved to Florida 25 years ago and love it here. I'm not bothered by drug dealers here and have never done drugs , I go to Andalusia monthly to see family there and I've never been approached by drug dealers there either. Why....because they don't stand on street corners waving people down, you have to go look for them and know where to look. Like the old saying "you lay with dogs you get fleas" and your son was laying with dogs, but he had guilt in this also, not that anyone deserves to die. You need to seek counseling, to let go, you have other children who need you and this is not healthy. Bless you, hope you find comfort & move on, don't let this destroy you also. Find purpose for your life, volunteer in schools , drug counseling programs , ect. tell your son's story save someone else from following the same path. Talk about peer pressure, not doing drugs, you could save some other Mother from what your going through. Good Luck to you!!!

I don't know what part o Florida you live in but drug dealers do approach you on the street in Florida, In Atlanta and almost any city. And you are exactly right Michael has fault in this he knew better than to be around drugs and I have fault in this that I should have made him come home I should not have allowed him to be so far from his family. But with all that said and you unfortunately do not understand how people who deal with drugs prey on people to sell drugs for them and it looks so good and easy to make fast money and especially when someone (your boss at work) is talking to you and calling to set you up with someone. That's where young people that need money fall into a very dangerous game and they have idea of the real drug world. There's no turning my life around now it is destroyed, my family is shattered and we will never be whole again because we lost a viable part, Michael, and we can never be fulfilled. And as long as I live I will never have true happiness again.
