Like I said before these criminals were put in this place for punishment! This was not a summer camp by no means! They might have got a ass whooping but that is nothing I got several and wasnt even locked up! What a waste to spend money on nothing.

You are an idiot. For the life of me I do not know why people like you waste peoples time or money. These guys need some closer for things in their lives they had no control over. I believe 5 minutes in the white house you would come out with a different attitude. These kids did not deserve the treatment in this place regardless of what they did or did not do. I wish these people from USF would get busy and get it done.

many boys were placed there for not minding their parents, skipping school, having no place to live, stealing a pack of cigarettes. You are correct some there were there for a lot worse. No one deserved to be treated the way these children were abused. If you were abused in the same manner, God bless you. Many of us knew they were "spanked" or so we thought. Certainly nothing of this .
