When you said something about the water, it absolutely made it seem as though you were now saying Kristy had done this. And if that's what you were saying, fine. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. And my opinion is that you are still condescending and childish. Maybe you should not be SO defensive and think people are attacking you 24/7 and you might be happier in life. You certainly seem miserable!

I think that the ones who keep going back and forth to eachother being nasty really just need to ignore eachother. Seems like this is going nowhere so just stop it. I mean you guys fight about what words are being spelt incorrectly and now you guys are figting about questions being answered in a certain way. I do find it kinda funny though cause if it is not one thing you guys fight about it is another.

So to change the subject for a second, i took my 5 year old to the doctors today for her 5 yr check up and i really thought she was going to get shots and it turned out she didn't need them cause she got them all done last year. I hate seeing the needle stick her and was really not looking forward to seeing that today and am releived that it did not happen today. She does not need another shot till age 11:) Sorry thought i would share my happiness today.

So a friend of mine had me go to this page made for Ryan. It is kinda like a blog all about him and his cancer. also talks about his mother also. Type in super ryan (click on the first thing that comes up) and read it. It is such a sad but sweet story about a mother and her child.

This came from a Kristy supporter. Can you tell me what's wrong with this post? "You probably need to keep your negative feelings to yourself. How can you pass judgment on someone you don't even know? This is a little baby fighting for his life. If there was anything to tell the police would have done their job and arrested someone other than the horrible person that shook Kaleb. I beleive that the police are capable of doing what they need to do so BACK OFF and quit passing judgment. Maybe you should pick up the Bible and read what it says in there about judging others." Funny how it's not OK to pass judgment on Kristy but it's different when it comes to Rebecca. Do we have double standards here or is this person just an idiot who knows not what they say.

Part 2. After reading the articles on here, Kristie's posts, and all the article's written through the media one thing is very clear. Mrs. Schwade is always defending herself and in cases where the parent or parent's are guilty they feel the need to justify all actions just to please the people that surround them. Mrs. Schwade is a very cunning individual and she knows how to play the sympathy card VERY well! Before pointing fingers there are a few things that you need to know about Shaken Baby Syndrome. It can take sometimes weeks for the symptoms to fully progress.( http://health.yahoo.com/ency/healthwise/hw169... ). Ex: There was a little boy in Kentucky that had been shaken but was not diagnosed until 2 weeks later when the sypmtoms became obvious and at the persistance of his mother.( http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm... ) The guilty person/persons always give inconsistant stories and Ms. Saunders has maintained her same story but Mrs. Schwade has given 5 versions of her story. She can't seem to keep her facts straight. The guilty person/persons most of the time have a violent past and short tempered. Mrs. Schwade has such and never divulged that information until she was caught in several lies. The easiest scape goat for Shaken Baby Syndrome is ALWAYS the daycare provider. They are usually the ones that people point to first but it usually winds up being a parent or close relative. The guilty person/persons usually have little to no patience and have episodes of desperation before hand. Mrs. Schwade had such AND she recorded in her blog before hand. When it was brought to the public's attention she conviently deleted the blogs. However there are still comments that she made on friend's pages (friends that she had previous to the issues with Kaleb's "accident") about her episodes and the desparation was there. I am not saying that Mrs. Schwade is guilty because only two people know the truth. That is God and the person who did this. So for those of you have felt the need to bash Ms. Saunders in this case it would be in the best interest of the case and for Kaleb for these accusations to subside. Pointing fingers is not helping him and judging a person that could possibly be innocent is nothing short of slander and could come back to haunt you. Let justice take it's righful place in this case and all other persons not involved to cease their useless accusations!

This article http://thecrimereport.org/2009/06/22/faulty-s... may have already been posted here, but I found it interesting to read. This is why I can not judge someone for something I know nothing about. The only thing I can say is, I hope an innocent person is sent to jail for a crime they may not have committed.

Bacterial meningitis can be very difficult to diagnose and treat because it often begins with symptoms that can be mistaken for flu or other respiratory infections. But unlike more common infections, meningococcal disease can get worse very rapidly, and kill a healthy young adult in 48 hours or less. The bacteria that cause meningococcal disease can cause meningitis, a severe swelling of the brain and spinal cord. It can also lead to sepsis, a life threatening blood infection. http://www.unco.edu/shc/meningitis.htm A number of strains of bacteria can cause acute bacterial meningitis. The most common include: · Streptococcus pneumoniae (pneumococcus). This bacterium is the most common cause of bacterial meningitis in infants and young children in the United States. It can also cause pneumonia and ear and sinus infections. When pneumococcal meningitis is associated with an ear infection, it's not always clear which came first — the meningitis or the ear infection — because they usually occur together. · Neisseria meningitidis (meningococcus). This bacterium is another leading cause of bacterial meningitis. Meningococcal meningitis commonly occurs when bacteria from an upper respiratory infection enter your bloodstream. This infection is highly contagious and may cause local epidemics in college dormitories and boarding schools and on military bases. · Haemophilus influenzae (haemophilus). Before the 1990s, Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) bacterium was the leading cause of bacterial meningitis. But new Hib vaccines — available as part of the routine childhood immunization schedule in the United States — have greatly reduced the number of cases of this type of meningitis. When it occurs, it tends to follow an upper respiratory infection, ear infection (otitis media) or sinusitis. · Listeria monocytogenes (listeria). These bacteria can be found almost anywhere — in soil, in dust and in foods that have become contaminated. Contaminated foods have included soft cheeses, hot dogs and luncheon meats. Many wild and domestic animals also carry the bacteria. Fortunately, most healthy people exposed to listeria don't become ill, although pregnant women, newborns and older adults tend to be more susceptible. Listeria can cross the placental barrier, and infections in late pregnancy may cause a baby to be stillborn or die shortly after birth. http://www.riversideonline.com/health_referen ... Meningococcal disease is potentially dangerous because it is relatively rare and can be mistaken for other conditions. The possibility of having meningitis may not be considered by someone who feels ill, and early signs and symptoms may be ignored. A person may have symptoms suggestive of a minor cold or flu for a few days before experiencing a rapid progression to severe meningococcal disease. http://www.emich.edu/uhs/meningitis.html When comatose or unresponsive infants are brought to the ER without documented evidence of accidental injury or disease, abuse is assumed. Doctors, social services and the criminal justice system, engorged with an "excess of zeal," rush to accuse and push to imprison, often cutting corners without regard for "due process". Threats of certain conviction based on symptoms alone (which have other causes) with long prison sentences for those who insist on going to trial usually lead to plea bargains forged from hopelessness and despair. Pleas, in turn, are used as "proof" of guilt in other similar cases which lack supporting science and forensic evidence of "criminal intent". http://legaljustice4john.com/index.htm

With that final post, I bid farewell. I have seen quite a few good posts these past couple years but have also had the displeasure of seeing who people really are. Quick to judge against someone they don't know, not open to other explanations because the video "says it all", and playing the double standard game. I will continue to maintain that there's more to this but you won't find me posting it here anymore. It has now turned into a cat fight and I will not be a part of it. If you really want to open your minds to other possibilities, all you need to do is read back on numerous posts from "Many" people. These are the same people who have taken the time to "Think with their brains" rather than out their ass. For those thinking outside the box, I thank you for all your hard work. Keep it up. For all others, all I can say is I feel sorry for you. I really hope you never get into a similar situation where you need to defend your character.
