If found guilty, these criminal sshould be executed.

How ANYONE can be against the Death Penalty is incomprehensible to me.

To those of you who say that life imprisonment is a suitable punishment in lieu of the Death Penalty, please explain HOW then you keep prisoners who are serving a life term from murdering other inmates and staff whiile in prison.

Not executing these criminals is giveing them a license to continue murdering people !

Here's a RECENT story, within the past 90 days, of a murderer who murdered AGAIN, and he is NOT being charged with any crime at all, BECAUSE he is alredy serving life in prison. How can you say this is justice ???!!!

ever occur to you that they decided not to pursue because trying this person again cost the taxpayers thousands of dollars
I do realize this will bring closure to some people and if they really need that closure, let them pay for that trial. I could see the headlines now "person" pays 50K for closure

Will you ever get into the know?

So now he knows he can kill anyone he can get his hands on in prison with impunity thanks to idiots like yourself. Why don't you go visit him ?

The mother may wish the death penalty out of emotion as losing her only son is a horrible thing. But to wish the death penalty on someone who likely has already been disowned by family and friends is to wish them relief from real punishment, unless one believes in eternal punishment (a fairy tale, IMHO).

Better he should rot in prison, hopefully in solitary or be abused and raped by fellow prisoners.

As far as him murdering other prisoners, I think in cases of horrible sex crimes the perp. is the one most likely to be murdered in prison.

Very few countries have the death penalty any longer. Even Russia have officially abolished it (though they probably still carry it out in an "unofficial" fashion.) The US is in company with Iran and China on retaining it.
