my job is bringing me to tampa area this summer for a couple yrs does any one know any thing about the meadowbrook moble home park?im considering buying a moble home instead of renting an apartment the internet always makes things look good,ihave a young son any other parks that are well keep good for single dads thanks

Not familiar with the park you mention, but I do want to point out that during our summer rainy seasons, there are frequent mobile home park evacuation warnings due to high winds. If the park has a brick and mortor rec center, it is suggested tenants go there in such events, or evacuate elsewhere. FYI, something to consider depending on you son's age. During hurricane evacuations, you're leaving regardless if your near the bay, river, or gulf. Have you looked at condos? Especially in the current foreclosure market, many deals to be found there.
