I can tell you that from working in the animal care industry in Tampa for years that both All About Puppies locations dogs are from puppy mills.
There are stories I could tell you that would make you ill.
Steer clear of them.
Can you please tell me, I bought a really sick dog and now the vet tells me he thinks she not a pure breed american bulldog. Regina Galloway the owner is nasty and does not honer her warranty.

AKC, CKC, etc means crap. They get X amount of certificates prior to a birth and if they have extra, they're held onto for another bitch/birth. Anyplace that has 52 flavors of puppies at all times is dealing with puppie mills, plain and simple. You're stupid to attempt to defend the owners/management. Their prices are outrageous. Most dogs are ill or born with profound disabilities that will arise with age.

Go to the SPCA or Humane Society. In 30 years, I've had a Basset Hound, a Pekeniese, a Poodle, and now, a Rat Terrior, all for around $35. You just have to keep looking and visitng.

Or check someplace like Craigslist, where the people aren't breeding their dog like a machine, heat after heat. Baby furballs are cute, but All About Puppies is nothing but a puppy mill and paying the outrageous prices supports them.

Just bought a GSD from Brandon location staff was nice and truth is the store was cleaner and more humane than those old "pet stores" in the mall. I don't remember people bitching about those. I was one of those people who said I would never buy a pup from one of those stores. However I did adopt a full grown large breed dog from local ASPCA/pound paid $ 185 for a 3 yr old mutt who was sick and only thing the pound did was neutured , he was under weight filthy malnurished and very sick. They didn't offer any help with his well being. 2 yrs later he's healthy and happy and a great dog. But we needed a pure breed to be trained as a service and was not going to take our chance with the pound again and rescues want you to be able to jump thru hoops they are rediculus and breeds are way to expensive for what little svcs you get.

I am so sorry but no decent breeder would ever sell to pet stores and the few people that are family pet breeders could not keep these stores full of new puppies. Amish consider puppies a cash crop so there are many mills there and you can bet that for the most part mostly all are mill puppies. I have visited many and I can tell you that please start being smart and don't buy a pet store puppy. They cost so much and you can't guarantee they will be ok. People making a living can just find something else to do.. sorry but we have to stamp puppy mills out..
For the most part pets become family members, think twice about that doggy in the window.

I see a lot of talk about slandering this place so the FACTS... they are not BBB accredited and have 10 complaints listed on the BBB, That's a fairly high complaint for a small business.

I visited the Tampa store and my comfort level was not very good. I'm looking into going directly to a breeder with testimonials of customers I can reference. Another fact google has 17 reviews with an average of 2 out of 5 stars.

Given my research of customer complaints I'm opting to go to a breeder. Especially for the 1300 they wanted for the puppy I wanna make sure my investment in a new family member is one that I can trust. I can trust a breeders reputation based on Customer testimonials, I cannot trust a store that says they come from breeders but they didn't disclose which breeder when I asked, which is shady. The pound or humane society, well if you want a mutt that you have no clue of it's past, e.g. abuse, malnourishment etc. well that's your decision.

I had the worst experience at all about puppies, largo location, and the owner Regina Galloway. To begin, they gave me the wrong paperwork for my puppy originally and then gave me new paperwork for him which was not completed. For instance, the day I purchased my puppy the individual at all about puppies, named Jason gave my puppy a parvo booster. 4 days later I went to the vet in accordance to their warranty and the vet was going to give my dog another parvo booster because they had not recorded it on his paperwork. I called the location to find out how I could get the information that was not completed on my dogs paperwork. I spoke to kailin, who sounded shocked as to my situation even though she was also present the day the dog was sold to me. She gave me Regina's number, which I must add is the customer service line, and I had to leave 3 messages over the span of a week before I got a returned call. And once I spoke to her all I got was a nasty attitude and got hung up on. This establishment is not professional at all, is disorganized, has zero care for clients, and is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

well then please do tell....what proof do you have that they are from puppy mills...you should back up your claims if your bad mouth a business.
Because stores like this MUST purchase their puppies from USDA certified breeders. That means puppy mill. Just because they have a detailed info of the breeding....what does that mean? NOTHING. You should never buy a puppy without also meeting the parents and seeing where they live. I worked for a vet who had a contract with one of these stores. So many of these puppies were sick or had genetic issues at such a young age. I remember a golden retriever we had to euthanize at less than 6 months of age because her hips were so bad. If you google, you can see that there have been truckloads of puppies seized from them by the county. Educate yourself.

I have a dog I got from a young mother who purchased him from All About Puppies a few months ago. She didn't do any research on the breed, a Siberian Husky, and he was too much for her with her small children. He is as healthy as can be. A beautiful dog, great personality, and he's become a part of our family. I don't know if he originally cam from a puppy mill but I'm glad he ended up with me.

DO NOT SUPPORT THESE MONSTERS. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life...they ruined our family's Christmas and broke our child's heart. I have never left a review of anyone, but their behavior was absolutely outrageous.

Drove hours for a particular puppy I had inquired about several times over the course of a week and they screwed us. When no other customer was in the picture, they were happy to send pictures, send texts with information, call to make sure we were coming and even OFFERED to put a courtesy hold to give me time to drive my child to meet the pup from quite far away. Arrived exactly when I said I would, and warned them we were coming from far away, but as I was unbuckling my child from my car outside of the store to bring him in and meet his Christmas present--THEY SOLD THE DOG OUT FROM UNDER US. No texts then. No phone calls then. No "hey, are you here? Someone else is interested." Absolute radio silence.

And when we were rightfully upset...standing there with our kid fully expecting to meet his new pup... they did not express an OUNCE of sympathy. If this is how they are willing to treat a customer that drove from far away to shell out $2500 for an astonishingly overpriced dog, ask yourself how they will treat you.

I really hope the commission was worth it, because instead of a happy customer, your unacceptable behavior has created a family that will spread our horrible experience with this store as far and wide as we can for years to come.
