I find this story outrageous and not only should it be illegal to put pictures of children any age unclothed online, the parents should be violently shaken because obviously they have a few screws loose that they would allow anyone to take pictures of their children like that.

As for MySpace both my children have a page, but rule of thumb in our house is I have full access to their computer and I know all passwords to sites they have pages on. If I dont like something I see on the page I delete it myself and if someone sends content I find vile or unapproving I report them right then, block them and notify all of my online contacts as well as my childrens online contacts warning them of this danger.

No games, my kids break the rules to my access and allowable online contact and they lose their site and access to the internet.

To many freaks out there have made this world reality and online unsafe.

I was outraged when I first came across these sites. There is no excuse in my book for the sexulisation of little children. All of these sites feature under aged girls showing off their underwear. It is clear that these are sexual poses and really that should be all that is needed to shut them down in most states. Please correct your story, it has some errors, 1) Models and parents are not charged for the shoot. I pay the models.
2) Nowhere are ANY of the models shown "in" bed. There is a HUGE difference between the sheets and lying on TOP on a made up bed.

3) Your comments do not reflect that the youngest model brought her outfits and ones I bought at the Mall. Also the youngest model is not photographed anywhere near a bed. The reporter seemed to omit the cute pictures on the beach and pier...likely as less "sensational" so he couldn't sell it to CNN

4)If you saw the model job posting at all, the models and parents are instructed to go to the site and read all the information BEFORE sending me photos. Nowhere on the site do I promise the models will become famous or get additional offers. Models and parents come to me, I have not solicited a under 18 model in person EVER.

5) And more important as it exposes the hypocrisy the media preach, I can go to Blockbuster videos and rent or buy the Movie "Pretty Baby" with 12yo Brooke Shields NUDE in a bathtub in a BROTHEL, and other scenes, so I find all this "hoopla" over a 10yo girl on the beach in one piece speedo swimsuit utterly incredible.

6) and lastly...all I need is the parents permission, I have been doing the teen model shoots since 2003 with NO legal issues which are way more important than some second rate local dirt digger.

The bodies of children and young teens should be KEPT FROM ALL PUBLIC VIEW. I am thankful that we are finally criminalizing the bodies of children. This should have been done long ago. We should ban all swimsuits, leotards, and anything else that reveals these criminal young bodies.
