He didn't pick up endorsements in the Utah newspapers. The Mormon capitol of the world. What's wrong with that picture?

"Salt Lake City paper endorses Obama, lambastes Romney

The Salt Lake Tribune endorsed President Obama for reelection Friday, with an editorial that was highly critical of Republican challenger Mitt Romney, who is as close to being a favorite son candidate from Utah, the historic and cultural center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, as a nonresident can be.

The Tribune, published by MediaNews Group, criticized Romney’s “servile courtship of the Tea Party” to win his party’s nomination and called him “shameless” in pandering to various constituencies, terming him the GOP’s “shape-shifting nominee.”

“Romney has raised the most frequently asked question of the campaign:‘Who is this guy, really, and what in the world does he truly believe?’” the editorial states. It also said he “has repeatedly refused to share specifics” of many of his proposals.” BG

Salt Lake City Tribune endorsement: Too Many Mitts

Obama has earned another term

Sadly, it is not the only Romney, as his campaign for the White House has made abundantly clear, first in his servile courtship of the tea party in order to win the nomination, and now as the party’s shape-shifting nominee.

From his embrace of the party’s radical right wing, to subsequent portrayals of himself as a moderate champion of the middle class, Romney has raised the most frequently asked question of the campaign: "Who is this guy, really, and what in the world does he truly believe?"

Politicians routinely tailor their words to suit an audience. Romney, though, is shameless, lavishing vastly diverse audiences with words, any words, they would trade their votes to hear.

In the first months of his presidency, Obama acted decisively to stimulate the economy. His leadership was essential to passage of the badly needed American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Though Republicans criticize the stimulus for failing to create jobs, it clearly helped stop the hemorrhaging of public sector jobs. The Utah Legislature used hundreds of millions in stimulus funds to plug holes in the state’s budget.

Obama’s foreign policy record is perhaps his strongest suit, especially compared to Romney’s bellicose posture toward Russia and China and his inflammatory rhetoric regarding Iran’s nuclear weapons program.

Therefore, our endorsement must go to the incumbent, a competent leader who, against tough odds, has guided the country through catastrophe and set a course that, while rocky, is pointing toward a brighter day. The president has earned a second term. Romney, in whatever guise, does not deserve a first.

Not to mention 9 out if 10 hate groups have endorsed Romney. Because the man has the guts to tell the other 57% of the population he cares about exactly where he stands. Here's Romney's Tax plan.

(CNN)— President Barack Obama has again secured the endorsement of Ohio’s largest newspaper, but the Cleveland Plain Dealer gave it with far less enthusiasm than in 2008.
Meanwhile, the Columbus Dispatch chose Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, saying that in 2008 it “warned of the problems that would result” if Obama was elected.

The Plain Dealer said Obama has fumbled and “often been his own worst enemy,” but he has the potential to continue economic growth after leading “the nation back from the brink of depression.”

Obama’s failings and lacking “vision for the many challenges that still confront America” in this campaign almost led the Plain Dealer to endorse Romney.

...

The Dispatch went on to say “As a career businessman and former governor, Romney brings a wealth of executive experience in the private sector and the public sector that dwarfs that of Obama.”
It says,“From working both sides of the government/private-sector equation, he understands how that relationship can aid or impede prosperity. His election would be an immediate signal to the private sector that someone who knows what he is doing is managing the nation’s economic policy. The effect on business confidence would be dramatic and immediate, and business confidence is the vital ingredient needed to spur investment and hiring, the two things that the United States so desperately needs.”
“In 2008, Americans made a leap of faith when they elevated the inexperienced Obama to the White House. That faith was not rewarded. This time, voters should place their hopes for change in experience, by electing Romney,” the Dispatch says.

Salt Lake City Tribune endorses OBAMA.

Effectively says that Romney is a lying flip flopping grifter. They were nicer than that but, then, they are from Mormonland and might get pummeled by snowballs.

Yep the Cleveland Plain Dealer, accurate since 1980, endorses OBAMA.

Note to Republiscum Morons, look up Romney's laughing about screwing the federal government for monies to shore up the SLC Olympics.

Then look up the uniforms he had made in Burma, well noted for human rights violations.

Romney's federal bailouts:

1. Federal government bailed out Bain Capital under Romney.

2. Federal government bailed out SLC Olympics under Romney.

3. Federal government bailed out Detroit and Romney made $15M on that even though he still denigrates the bailout because he wanted to "Let Detroit Go Bankrupt."

First, Oregon does SUCK!!!! Now, all the BS in this article (sour grapes) for nothing. Romney is really almost landslide ahead right now and the only thing that can stop this train is the remote possibility that R/R could ask a wrong question that lets obunbler rant and talk for 5 minutes therefore using time. Romney WILL win, and obungler and the orangutan and the pickinnies and hanger ons will be moving to Hawaii so he canbe rid of the fools that live in the USA. O never liked it here and his fat ass wife even less. AND GOOD RIDDANCE, I SAY. He will be OK, unfortinatly as he will continue speaking (lying) about Romney and makinga couple hundred grand doing so each and every time.

Oh sure Romney is right for the GOP now, who was leading in the GOP Primary last October?

Hermann Cain! Before that?
Donald Trump! Before that?
Rick Santorum! Before that?
Newt Gingrich!

Now, Rmoney is great for Republicans?!!?
Any Republican, no matter how ridiculous and how much they hate them, how much they know he's lying to them, none of that matters, Not facts, not reality, just ideology counts period!

Remember, according to Swiss Mitt, you're not actually a citizen unless you make 250K a year!

Small Government, as long as you're not a Vagina, in that case, Republicans will force a Doctor to do a transvaginal probe, doesn't matter if it's not medically necessary, doesn't matter if the Doctor doesn't have any need for it and it doesn't matter if you don't want it ("you can always look away" while someone probes your Vagina), Republicans want to force this on you!
