Last company she used their credit card 12 times to pay personal bills. The company cannot take her to court since the prosecutor states they have no case. Reason: She blames auto fill on her work computer, which means she went to pay her personal bill and the credit card info defaulted to the companies info and she forgot to change it...12 times. Also, her past cannot be brought up in trial even though she is on probation, so the prosecutor will not try the case. The judicial system is an amazing cloak for crooks, liars and cheats. She now has a new personal business helping people with their finances....guess she is moving into the private sector.

WOW, 12 times? I cannot say that I am surprised that Annique Newton struck again. She told me that it was a "loan."

This is a violation of probation, I would recommend that you contact her probation officer in Manatee County. Why would the state attorney not take the case? I would also recommend that you speak with the state attorney's supervisor. Many of the assistant state attorneys are overworked and underpaid, they do not want to mess with small white collar crimes. You are correct that Annique's prior criminal record may not be brought up in front of a jury, but the case would most likely not go to trial because she would take a fair plea deal. She will continue to get away with defrauding companies,(and now individuals) because she has not learned!!

She was working for me since 4/11 thru 2/12 and i caught her 3 times taking money from me. I had no idea until I was approached by law enforcement. I let her off the hook 3 times...regretting it now. I thinks she's completely unprofessional and frankly...psycho!

There are two Lourdes Perez women in Tampa on Mugshots.com . One has a rap sheet for Grand theft and traffic violation (Think this is the one at PBS) and the other has rap sheet for Assault with Deadly Weapon. Either offense is not good for person handling social security numbers and credit information. Darryl L. Simpson, Sr. and Erik Robison have You Tube Videos for PBS and Associates. Darryl even says God Bless and Godspeed at the end of his. On Mugshots.com click on the photo then under the photo click to see detailed rap sheet. Darryl Sr. appears to have 60+ fraud offenses. They are definitely the same two on the You Tube Videos--make no mistake. Darryl, Erik and Bryan all appeared to serve at least 5 years in Florida prisons. Annique appeared to only serve 8 months of a 21 month sentence. From the above post (Stealing from her boss as late as 2/12), it appears that she has not learned her lesson. The threat of going back to prison does not seen to deter her. Think hanging around with felons itself is a violation of probation.

Annique struck again this past Nov-Dec. I won't go into details because there may be some action taken. We have a long trail of evidence and she even admitted to it. What's amazing is that I see on mugshots people violating probation and going to prison. Well, she clearly violated hers, but no action taken yet. Maybe she needs to steal money from the DA before they'll prosecute her.
