Police Chase Ends in Driveway

Police say a hit and run lead to a chase thru two Southern Illinois counties Sunday night.

and one of the suspects gets tasered, go figure....is the chief even certified to use that thing like everything else he uses without certification over there in Sesser ? like the Breathalyzer machine ?

I think every police man that uses a taser on a suspect within a given year should be required to go through a taser training course each year that he uses it where he is tased so he has a real knowledge of what he is doing to someone and I bet his use of the taser will go down drastically. In the old days policemen didn't have tasers how did they ever get by. I can see a cop who works in a big city might need to have one but in a small little town like Sesser my god is crime that bad

If thugs continue to break the law, they deserve to be tasered. That could have been someone I love in the car they hit, or they could have caused an accident while running from the police that could have killed or injured many more. What is wrong with following the law? I live that way, and guess what...I have never been treated wrongly by any officer, nor have I ever been tasered. Give it a try, it makes life easier!

The Sesser "chief" is a joke. What a complete moron. No wonder he's only a cop in a dump like Sesser, he's WAY to stupid to hold a real job. I've seen that dumbass walking inside the West City WalMart at 11pm out of uniform with an unholstered pistol sticking out of his back pocket. I'm gonna laugh when a REAL cop sees that, feels threatened and shoots him to death. That would be hilarious... one less turd in the cesspool.
