Why are individuals with outstanding warrants for years now, just allowed to walk around town and do whatever they want, falling through the cracks without any jobs of course? Check out the county's website for yourself and see how many people you actually know for yourself and have active warrants. http://www.onlinedetective.com/resource/view/... (Thats the back door because the county site never works right for me). I'm just really curios to know the procedures and steps involved to execute a Active Bench Warrant in Tamaqua for example. I presume it most be quite difficult because said persons (again I'm just going to be using concrete examples/evidence here) like Joseph Redner here http://www.onlinedetective.com/resource/view/...
has had an active Bench Warrant since Sep. 4 2007, if my eyes don't deceive me. Okay, well its says here in the Times News http://www.tnonline.com/node/175167
that Police encounter Mr. Redner in the Family Dollar parking on this Wednesday Feb. 16 2011, to deal with 2 girls fighting over this outstanding pillar of the community. NOT! It also go's on to give his current address as 29 E. Elm, Tamaqua. Case solved Right? WRONG! Why didn't/couldn't the Police take him in on it? Is it money? Not cost effective or what? Were the Cops just that plain stupid and/or lazy to run his name? If they did and knew than what? I don't wanna bash the Tamaqua PD to much yet, thats a different forum. Maybe Mr. Hometown Ruled can fill us ALL in on this one or is it still "Top Secret stuff" under investigation. Lol. Whatever the case, I would please really enjoy some constructive accurate answers to these precise questions.

Being a cop or judge is just a job, man, like being a janitor or working at mcdonalds. Put your hours in, then go home, watch some porn, smoke some pot or snort some coke, pass out, start your cop or judge duties next day for 8 hours.

I guess convicted criminals roaming Tamaqua streets isn't such a concern for area residents. But than again everyone wonders why ALL the businesses keep getting robbed. Oh Tamaqua when will you learn and grow the f*** up already!

Soundz lik yo baby daddy gots a warant.

Ok, I am sure they all are upstanding citizens once they have a warrant for them.

The fear of going bye bye for awhile, is not stopping any of the bums on the list from living like 15 yr old delinquents. They all have a chip on there shoulder and think the world owes them something.

Jail is like a get away camp for most of them, since they are usually in between places to live and the time away give there "friends" a chance to miss them, instead of remembering what a d-ck they can be.

Look at the names on the list, how many of these guys do you see trying to change there life’s. Volunteering or giving back.

why are you so concerned about putting this person in jail you yourself sounds like a welfare bum and this person owes you something [so you think,] why don't you become a cop if you are so concerned or why don't you call the cops when you see this person sounds like you have something to hide go get a job and and leave the police work up to the police
