I know the area well. it's plainly posted no passing- pretty dumb I'd say

most bikers around here are pretty smart riders given the number of crazyazz Florida drivers , both young and very old, but this guy had to be an idiot, number one for attempting to pass, and number two, for not wearing a damn helmet- but that's his azz, his beeswax, because he's the only one who got screwed
