I just wonder why the paper in Tallasse would air out the Michael past in the papers and the law suite of the mother its the past. this was done not even days after the laid him to res. How was that showing any respect for the family. That was just cold and if that had been any of our up stand citizen it would of not been done but because the people of this town want to smear a name to cover there wrong doings it was done i am ashamed of the town.

Been here twenty years, and seen the projects fill with Police many times. That "son" you all are lamenting about pointed a handgun at Police. I know the two Officers that were involved in the "justified shooting". Had the perpetrator not gotten himself involved in the arrest of another subject, he would be still alive today. When the Police come to arrest a subject, don't get involved, and never point a handgun at the Officers. They will kill you, to protect themselves. And, no, the gun wasn't "planted" at the scene, not with his fingerprints, DNA, and the same pocket lint in the gun's workings that matched the clothes he was wearing.
If I was involved in an altercation with Police, I would be printed up in the Tallassee Tribune, so get used to it. You do the crime, you do the time, unless you use a handgun against the cops involved. Then you get eternity looking at the wrong side of the grass.

Well, if you do not like what happens here, and the way it is portrayed in the Tallassee Tribune, don't bother to come back here. You weren't there to see what happened, you weren't here to hear the Court and the ABI declare the shooting as "justified". The man should have minded his own business, and not got involved in the arrest of another. Pointing a gun at police is sure to get you killed, or severely wounded. If you doubt me, try it sometime, and see what happens.
