Appeals Court: State Can Bar Allstate From Selling Property Ins...

Allstate Companies can be suspended by the state from writing new car insurance policies and other coverage for not turning over documents to the satisfaction of regulators, an appeals court ruled Wednesday.

Allstate force agents to complied with everything the company ask for and they dont due it in order to get away with murder

If ur an agent u have to be exclusive and follow the rule but they dont believe in rules
