Like it or not they are out there, probably many that we will never know about because they won't get caught. But do we want to support him for five years (at $19,000.00 a year) for 0.9oz of a gram? Just more of that Manatory Sentencing law that has not worked in the past. I doubt that he is a threat to anyone but himself. So for those of you that think we should build more prisons, lock um up and throw away the key don't complain about your taxes and lack of vital services when a large chuck goes here.
