All Star Vacations,Next Level Tours, USA Vacations, Go Relax Travel and Mega Travel are a "MAFIA" stealing money to latin people and many immigrants that work too hard, these people are victims of this nationwide scam, the leaders of this gang are Jesus Soler, Carlos Guerrero and Phil Brewer, I worked in Next Level Tours, I was the General Manager and I did all kind a frauds with them, then they fired me and now I'm a witness of this crime, be careful guys and take care...

[Allied Kitchen and Bath]

I am writing this posting to warn everybody so they can avoid the heartache and unnecessary expenses that I incurred by using this company: Allied Kitchen and Bath located at 616 West Oakland Park Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311,
This company remodels kitchens and bathrooms. They also install windows and flooring. I used this company to remodel my master bathroom due to mold approximately 4 years ago. Unfortunately, due to Allied’s poor quality of work, I spent several thousands of dollars in repairs and I may have to re-modeled my bathroom again due to the poor quality of their work and poor materials that they sold me at extremely high prices.
Before they sold me my bathroom, Allied Kitchen and Bath had an excellent sales pitch. They bragged that they had been in business for many years and will be there for me if there is a problem in the future. This is false! In my experience, once they have your money, you are on your own!
My problems started during the construction of the bathroom. I found them to be a nightmare to deal with. My price kept rising with their “change orders.”
My even bigger problems began after the bathroom was completed. I noticed immediately that the grout in my new shower was washing away. Within a few months, the grout was turning black. I also developed mold in the shower window. Allied Kitchen and Bath never put marble around the window inside my shower; they left drywall. I called them regarding both of these problems. Allied responded to me that marble in the window was not included in the price of the bathroom and I would be charged to have someone from Allied fix these problems. I had to hire my own marble contractor to fix these issues. For the next few years, I had to re-grout the shower floor and part of the walls every few months because the grout kept turning black.
Recently, I consulted an expert marble contractor who advised me that water was trapped beneath the shower floor and that the only way to correct this problem was to rip out the floor and lower walls. I then hired this marble contractor. When the floor was ripped out, he found that Allied Kitchen and Bath never installed the shower correctly. They installed the shower walls before the shower floor. The marble contractor told me that whenever a shower is installed the shower floor must be installed first. The shower walls are then installed after the floor. In my case, since Allied did an improper installation, water got trapped beneath the floor. He also pointed out that my shampoo niches and tub platform had also been done incorrectly as well.
My brushed nickel spa parts are also discoloring and spotting.
Before I ripped out my shower floor, I contacted the owner of Allied Kitchen and Bath. His offer was to re-grout my shower at a cost to me of several hundred dollars.
In my opinion, beware of this company. In my opinion, they are one of the worst, most dishonest, and expensive companies that you can find in South Florida! Please do not forget how my experience with them demonstrates the quality of their work and how they do not stand behind what they sell.

Dar las quejas al Better Business Bureau, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Federal Trades Commission, United States Postal Service y Federal Communications Commission. Tambien escribele al Abogado General de la Florida. Todo lo puedes hacer por el internet. Harlo ya! Es importante!

La semana pasada marque a uno de esos concursos que hacen preguntando cosas muy faciles, claro que me dijeron que era ganador de unas vacaciones por 2 noches y 3 dias a Anaheim CA, y otras de 3 noches y 4 dias a Las Vegas, NV, solo tenia que pagar impuestos, los cuales serian 241.99 dlls, les di mi informacion, incluyendo tarjeta!!! estoy muy preocupado.
que me recomiendad que haga??

my mother did one of these things with all star vacations and the told us that we had to pay $237.00 to go to las vegas and florida and cancun next thing we know we got scammed i was pissed like no tommorow this crap is a scam hope they get into big trouble

I need to find out how many people supposedly won an all expense trip to Disneyland Anaheim on 5/18/2008.
The contest aired on Radio Lazer radio station out of Reno Nevada.I have reported them to Better Business Bureau and still trying to get my $369.99 All Star Vacation took from me.
The announcement said that the first 10 callers would win an all expense trip paid to Disneyland. All you had to do was have the right answer to a question. I called with right answer. They took my info and surprise I get a call back congratulating me for winning a trip to Disneyland worth over 2,000. dollars. All I had to pay was 369.99 for administration fees and to make sure they could book a room for me. I have never been to Disneyland so I fell for it. After I paid I was told that airfare, food, were not included. They would give me two free tickets after I went to a 60 or 90 minute seminar.I asked for something to be mailed for me to confirm that it was a legit company. I never received the package they said would be sent to me. I later researched online and found out that you can get a trip for 4 to Disneyland Anaheim with airfare, hotel, and tickets to park for 2,000. I also found all these posted complaints. I need advice on how to get my money back.

the difference is that when they called and said I had won this all singing, all dancing competition and then asked for my credit card for a one off payment I laughed at them and told them to pizz off.......... if you WIN you win period end there should be no cost to you at all and honestly if some one is silly enough to pass out their info to some idiot on the phone then they should see that loss as payment for being so stupid. I DO however think that some of these sites be it on the internet or via a radio show should be held just as responsible for continuing to run their ads / competitions.....

My crime was believing that it was a legit operation because it was coming from a radio station. I have contacted the corporate office for the radio station. They say that they get paid to air an advertisement and they aired a disclaimer.
They also told me that they pulled advertisement off the air after numerous complaints. I too believe they should be accountable. Do you have any advice on this matter?

JaJaJa! This company is being investigated and the operations will soon be shut down and all the customers who fell for this sweepstakes scam will lose all their monies. When you give you credit card is to make a payment period!! I checked my self on SUNBIZ Florida the owner os this enterprise is JESUS R SOLER and further research shows he is from Venezuela. He lives in the states for at least 10 years. Soon I will post pics of his red ferrari and blue bentley and the palace he bought in an exclusive area in Miami.It seems this scammer has more enemies than saddan Husseim as you can see in previous posts people from his own office are ratting him to get him behind bars. I'd call Charlie Christ he is the attorney general for Florida I know him personally and he is behind this crook along with other entites in NY and PR and soon more will add bacause the scam is nationwide. STAY AWAY THEY ARE VICIOUS@@@@@@@

i had something similar happen to me some one always calls saying we have been enetered to when a 3 day 2 night vacation and 50,000 or sometimes a car damn scammers i wish people would row up and get jobs
