The police seem to think they can do what they please. When I was arrested the cannabis was in another persons apartment not in my possession. The officer siad I told them it was there and that it was mine. I was told that I would do what they want or I would serve time on the charge. I have been in some trouble before never for drugs. It seems to be thier policy to scare you so bad that you will do what they want or plead out on the case. In my case they wanted me to be an informent I choose to be arrested. The scare tactic worked plead out on my case.
