So, let me get this straight: Mentally challenged or incompetant 18 year old breaks into your house, you are notified he's mentally incompetant to stand trial. You then commence an intimate relationship with the guy, as you're simultaneously facing charges for sexual assault of another vulnerable young adult. You're a former judge and old enough to be the kids' grandfather. Holy smokes..........

This is why the people need to be viligent in finding out what our elected judges are doing and how they are ruling on cases brought before them.

All of this Judges rulings should know be reopened to see if he was handing out favors.

Not to mention that any judge can recieve a gift of money of up to $150 with out restriction on the number of times the gift is given and does not have to report it.

I also bet this judge if convicted will still be able to keep his pention.

We need an investigaion.
