agree with you there nobody is perfect at there job but i know the wait staff try to please everyone no matter what they are needing

your right but from what you are saying your not speaking about the wait staff your speaking about the ones that are making your drinks from what i can tell from going there every week the waiters don't make the coffee the ones behind the coffee machine do

Their food is good but overpriced for the area. The management is horrible which is what probably comes through with the staff. The way the coffee shop participates in advertising has diminished. The selection has not improved on the drinks and they have been out of some flavors recently. It's sad to see that the coffee shop has gone down so much under different management.

ps-the comments about the attractiveness of staff is so lame. That has nothing to do with service or skill. It is even borderline stalker/creepy

I am a regular customer with this establishment. I agree that some of the prices are a little high for the area, but everything is so good! Being out of things does happen, but it should not be all of the time.The baristas(ones who make the coffe) are always so friendly to me. I go in there so much I do not even have to tell them what I want they already know! And do not say they are only friendly to me because I go there so much because this is how they were when I started going in there. They are part or the reason I keep going back! The waitrresses are great too! I've only eaten there a few times, but those few times were great!
If they happen to be rude to you, mostly likey you are being rude to them. Think about the way you treat people because that is how they are going to treat you.
As for the comments on the appearance of the staff, it is very inappropriate to speak of them with that kind of language. Imagine if someone was saying things lke that about your sister or daughter. You wouldn't like it then so don't say t about them.

I ate there for the first time thursday and let me tell you it was at the very least the best food i have had in this town and the entire staff that was there were extremely nice and as far as the wait staff all of them are very pretty and do their job as well i dont care what they look like im going for the food as long as they smile and get my order correct. So go get you some

If it matter, her name is Dana and she IS married! I am a frequent customer and she knows what I want every time. She's a sweetheart! Remember, working with the public can be difficult. The customer before you may have been horrible! The Coffee shop is a wonderful place to eat out!

The owners need to sit all of their employees down and tell them when a customer walks in the door all of their attention should be on that customer. Elk River, I love having a coffee shop here in town but i swear if another one would open up I'd switch in a minute. I'm sure someone else would be more appreciative of my 4.00 for a coffee.

My parents are part owners at the coffee shop. I will show them these comments. I understand your frustration, customer service is extremely important. However, next time this happens, if you are this concerned, why not address the issue with the barista or ask to speak to an owner? I think that would be the only way to correct the problem. I didn't even know this forum existed until someone told me that customers were on here talking about their dissatisfaction. So, I doubt that small business owners use this site as a tool in the improvement of their business or as a way of measuring customer satisfaction. Therefore, it would probably be more helpful to just speak up as soon as a problem occurs.

See this is where I disagree. It is not my job to police your employees, they should be trained before they are allowed to interact with the customers and then monitored. That is if you want happy customers. I agree if he/she would have said something out of line I would ask to speak to someone in charge but this is more of a lack of supervision and training. You offer a great service to Fayetteville but some of your employees don't provide great service. The customer is the one with the money in her hand, that should never be forgotten.

It really looks bad when a customer talks with the part owner about being out of drink supplies and he blames it on the baristas. I have been in the coffee shop while a barista is going over the list of items needed with him and he says I'll take care of it. Then I'm back in a week or so later and the items to make my drink choice are not in. This was for a drink that is ordered often most likely daily. As for the customer service, I think the baristas are very nice and always eager to serve. While it does seem a little pricey, it's a nice treat to have. I have seen a lot of changes since being under new ownership and for the most part since The River opened the coffee shop half has fell under the bridge somewhat.
