And I am sure that Madigan was calling a spade a spade. Vets don't want to work anymore. They are taught to run straight to the VA and get all kinds of diagnoses checked out and file paperwork and gum up the system because they want money that they aren't rightfully entitled to.
I have seen some even go so far as to subject themselves to multiple medications and hospitalizations.
In the exit classes they are told to document all illness, callouses, blister and case of the sniffles and run to the VA because it could lead to life time payments.
If Madigan made a few mistakes, Im sorry that happened but I am also sure they called a lot of these guys on their BS stories.
Everyone wants a check these days. The 'men' are dead beats.

This group is in the "age-bracket" to have been raised under "political-correctness " and the adverse affect it has on patriotism.
I am a Vietnam veteran - and if we were having a problem eating or sleeping after a mission - we were met with a string of profanity, and threats - to keep our mouths shut - and just do our job.
[Above]-- For the sake of tender ears and possible offense "If Ye be a liberal" and easily offended when a non-liberal gets potty-mouthed.
Today's soldiers, I am told have therapist in the field to ease their traumatic concerns.
Hey -- nothing like a liberal politically-correct therapist stirring-up a soldiers emotions, and sending him back to the bush with the trauma right there on top, right there on his mind.
Things were better in Vietnam because we were "ordered" to put away our emotional concerns - did our jobs, and for the most part "years-after" Vietnam had PTSD symptoms, anxiety, hyper-vigilance, hyper-awareness, anger over nothing [masking real reasons for being angry] and most of us kept it under control for many years.
On the down-side Vietnam veterans had a "much larger" suicide rate close to if not greater than the KIA figure of approximately 58,000.
Last September an intelligence officer told me the "standard" for PTSD award was "much lower" than the standard set for Vietnam Veterans.
I suspect PTSD award has been linked to a political agenda during elections. Now that PTSD screw-ups by Madigan staff are causing investigations, some of those politicians are going after the heads of those staff at Madigan [biting the had that fed them].
