I Think if you have an animal be responsible or don't have an animal i was almost bit several times in wellton by pitt-bulls which i think should be against the law to own cause most people get an animal and let it run at large hello there is a leash law in az use it or lose it!!a dog is like a child to some pet owners so that does say alot about the owners who let there dogs run at large . THAT WOULD BE RESPONSIBILITY!!

I wish the popo would do the job they are paid to do with both subjects!! Let me make a suggestion roll down your window and stop hanging out a circle K or chit chatting on the street or parking lots.Maybe my taxes can do the right thing instead of being wasted for you to be lazy.
