In this day and age, the way technology, education, non-traditional roles parents play in raising their kids, all laws that involve specifically male/female, husband/wife, rapist/raped relationshiops need to be overhauled.

How many female teachers get slaps on the wrist for having sex with underage students compared to men? Women get probation then marry the kid they banged while the man gets 30 years in prison.

This underage kid is getting into more trouble for the same crime the girls committed.

When I was a 4th grader, the gal next door and I "showed wee-wee's" in the woods..... It happened before, it'll happen again......but now we have the internet that can broaden the "viewership". Let's get this straight. Some 11 to 14 year old girls take racy pictures of themselves and distribute them to their boyfriends (distributing child pornography) and no punishment. A male student who sees the pictures sends them to friends (distributing child pornography) and is promised "no more than five years probation." Is it just me who sees something wrong here? If they aren't going to punish the underage girls for taking the pictures and sending them out, they shouldn't punish the underage boy who did the same thing.
