High - end explosives found in house
The South Bend Police Department Bomb Squad was called to Syracuse in Kosciusko County on Wednesday to retrieve a large amount of explosives found in a home, South Bend police spokesman Phil Trent said.

First lets see if this person had the legal right for the blasting caps IE maybe he had a license to obtain and use this material. Farmers used to use dynomite and other explosives on their property nothing illeagal about it if you have the right permits.
Second, when did black powder or gun powder become high end explosives I can go to most gun stores and buy all i want right off the shelf, Heck check out the prices at wal mart if you want a good deal.
Third how about you just report the news as it is, leave all the sensationalism to hollywood!

Selling newspaper copy is the prime objective so a few people can maintain a lavish GOON-TV life style.
Years ago, a South Bend Tribune employee scolded me on the phone claiming Internet would never compete with newspapers.
My choice is not to pay 16 dollars a month to be talked down in the print media by a foolish Notre Dame graduate with limited life experience.
