We have alot of damages due to 4/27/2011 tornado and we had insurance with national security of fort Payne and they have gave us a run a round for a year sent 3 engineers from different states and lets us even add more coverage but after 1 year to the date they canceled our insurance knowing that was the time limit for us not to sue or do anything about it. They said it was damaged from passed but my roof was only 2 years old and you can see where it moved my porch off chain wall and my house off chain wall water links in my house due to damages floors popped up siding blew off house and electric line is almost touching my roof. Now I only have one bathroom working bc pipes are all messed up and nothing under house to keep us warm this winter with a 3 year old baby in house I got my own contractors and each one said around 40.000 of damages. And insurance adjusters was so rude to my family.it would have been better off if I didn't have insurance bc fema would have helped us. So we had to get new insurance that only covers what I own on my house which is only 30.000 so we are living in a very dangerous house that the floors or roof could fall in at anytime no protection on windows and mildew all under and in my house cabinet don't close nothing is safe just bc insurance companies are rip offs never had a claim like this b4. Shame on them all for putting us in more pain and stress.need help bc iam disabled and can't afford to get it fixed.
