Should have shot him and laid a gun beside him. Problem solved and he would not sneak back in this country again.

I will start out with a story about two years ago in Guntersville, Police raided the Pilgrims Pride plant along with the Tyson Plant in Albertville, I was working at Pilgrims pride at the time. They had buses outside and took nearly all of the illegal immigrants out and left. We all believed they would be deported back to Mexico. So tell me why a week later they were all, every last one of them, back at work and working regular shifts? When I worked at Pilgrims Pride I knew for a fact that most were illegal. So what happened you ask? The police held them for a day, I believe and released them back to their homes and back to work.

There is a huge (huge!) communication problem within the police and Government in America. If they come here and become citizens okay fine, no problem but what about the ones who just come here for two years and go back home to Mexico for six months and then return to do the same process again?

I am not racist, I would just like to know why we have laws in effect if we are not going to follow them for every citizen and not just American citizens.

This man will probably not be deported back to Mexico, he will be released and back on the streets to sell meth again soon, so we all have his picture now, we can be watching for him.

"held without bond" means no release until court and i would then expect he will be jailed for quite sometime.

Build the damn wall on our borders (IE:"Great wall of Texas.....")! Get these people that commit crimes out of our country. The ones that came for their families sake, get them legalized and citizenship so the hard work they do is taxed just like the rest of us. Amazing what could happen if all illegals (peaceful, hard working) were legal and paid taxes. Might be a nicer US of A to live in..........Come on America, demand your elected official, president own up to this "fixable" issue.

The wall will never work; it's just another giant waste of tax dollars. You really want to fix this? Go after the people hiring the illegal aliens. Make a law that says any time any business is caught employing a non-citizen, the business owner will be fined $1,000,000 per illegal, per inspection.

This isn't a problem of having our jobs stolen; it's a problem with greedy, corporate business owners and CEOs not wanting to pay a decent wage for a day's work. If they don't do it by hiring illegals, they do it by making it so hard on their minimum wage workers that none of them stay at the job long enough to get a raise, and by making sure most of their employees don't get enough hours to receive any kind of benefits.

They figured out a long time ago that they can pay fewer people less money to do more work. And they get away with it because while there is a minimum wage, there is no guaranteed minimum amount of work hours per week and no maximum work/responsibility load per employee.

The regular Joes of this country have a hard time making ends meet because of these business A-holes. So, think about how bad it must be in other places if illegals are willing to risk life and limb coming over here to willingly get a worse deal than we're getting. You can't blame someone for wanting a better life; but, you CAN blame these people who already have more money than they could ever spend and aren't satisfied with how much money they can make within the bounds of the law.

As for this news story, meth-heads, dealers and makers are scum-bags regardless of where they come from. The real problem is illegal street drugs with no legal alternatives. It's the same thing we had with alcohol prohibition. If the government regulated and taxed recreational drugs (just like alcohol and tobacco), we wouldn't have these problems. We would an incredible influx of new tax money, millions of new jobs, less criminals, less lives destroyed by toxic drugs made in trailer park bathtubs, less violence, and a vastly decreased prison population.

But it will never happen because the corporate money-grubbers at the pharmaceutical companies have too many lobbyists and too much money.

It's simple, really: get rid of the things people come here illegally to get, and they won't have a reason to come here anymore. The only problem is the richest of the rich make too much money to let things change for the betterment of the country.

The house should be confiscated..no matter who it belongs to since drugs were being sold out of it.

Maybe, if it belongs to an American citizen who was getting some tax free income from an illegal, then after they lose their property, they will think twice about renting to an illegal in the future.

Obama and the Demsare just sitting on amnesty right now so they can get the votes needed in November to stay in control.

why on earth do they not send him back to mexico if he is Illegal? And why if they knew he was Illegal did they not take him in ASAP!? See this is why our economy is going down. All the Illegals here are taking our jobs and sending money to Mexico to their family or to fund drugs.

I really believe that Mr. Luis needs to be deported. He has used meth befor, so why should he have to get searched by the Task Force officers if he has already been in trouble with U.S. law enforcement?

You might think avoiding hiring an illegal is simple...it is not. When hiring an new employee, you are given a social security number. You can verify if the social security number is a valid number. HOWEVER, the SS department wil not tell you if the name of the person you are hiring is the name associated with the number you are checking. You go ahead and hire the person and later find out the social security number is stolen and your business if fined. If you hire selectively, aka no Mexicans, then you get in trouble for racial profiling. Catch 22.

I would just like to say that u dont know if they are actually illegal. they could be residents of the united states.. Just because you see a hispanic person doesn't mean they are illgal.. That is the problem with Americans. They racial profile everywhere they go. Dont try to deny it becuase you know its true. We all need to stop and realize that this is a land of oppurtnity and in order to give someone an oppurtunity.. they need a chance to take. In america we aren't giving chances.. were causing more hatred and racism. Thats causing people to Rebel, We need someone in Washington actually doing their job instead of ruining the country.

Actually I worked with many of the ones that were put on those buses and yes I do know for a fact that they were illegal, I wasn't being racist at all, see your the problem with america, making excuses for illegals. I have no problem if they come here and become residents legally. I have a problem with them coming here taking out jobs illegally and then going back to mexico and living like kings! I do know what I'm talking about.

They are not takin anybodys job.Peoples are just to lazy to work. Hispanics work and they work hard and they;ll do it for cheap. Unlike american here, They want to get paid a hefty amount of money. You do know that illegals pay taxes.. they do everythin that citizens do. You jut need to wake u from the fact that United States isnt givin them a chance. I am not makin excuses up. i am just statin facts. And by the way, not all illegals are mexicans. Thats another problem . Theres more than just one nationality out there.
