Paper boy called hero for helping elderly customer

A nine-year-old northern Illinois paper boy is being called a hero for helping save the life of an elderly customer.

Bless that little boys heart and thank goodness his parents didn't just dismiss what he saw. I only hope my 9 year old would know to do the same. Be very proud of that little MAN, he is impressive!

My son was a paperboy. He's 11, Honor Roll (A+), on Varsity sports team, in band, karate and a really good kid. He had to quit his route because a 31-year-old BULLY kept trying to run him over in his pickup truck while he was delivering papers on his bike! And the police refused to do anything about it! We live the next town over from you, and I'm glad the Sycamore Police acknowledge you doing a good job. Too bad for my son, the police in our town don't care about the safety of kids. All they care about is protected a BULLY. SHAME ON THEM! If the police would of done their job, my son would have kept his.No one told us it was OPEN SEASON on paperboys!
