It's one thing to put your life in danger, but why put a child or other motorists at risk? It kills me that people think that they can get away with running from the police. Why not just face the music and deal with getting caught in the first place. Running is only going to make your sentence harder.

I am sure this man was a fine upstanding citizen of Newark. I am sure he had insurance, I am sure he blames the cops for targeting him because of his race, I am sure the cop made him do something illegal to be pulled over. Don't you get it. There is always someone else to blame. We blame everything on society instead of being held accountable for our own actions. Typical story.

And for anyone concerned about that poor child, just make sure you remember it was the idiots fault that tried to flee the police. Don't go blaming the police for the high speed chase.Blame the driver. I too hope he gets locked up for many years, but this great country won't allow that. I am sure he will get a fine, maybe lose his driving PRIVILEGES for 30 days or something really minimal. That's the way this great country works.

From NJ enough said. Too bad the laws are for the criminal. He'll get probation in a deal. I say overcrowd the prisons, who cares they deserve nothing!
