I'm amazed that this would even make it to the Supreme Court. I'm further amazed at Justice Thomas' remark that "her backpack was empty, therefore you would assume she had the pills in her underwear." Isn't that a bit of a stretch? Why not assume that maybe she didn't have any pills on her? Because some kid said she had pills on her, you automatically assume it's correct?
