They all 3 left the Light House they were all three drunk they all three got in to the driver/car lost control none of them had on seat belts sharon was ejected from the back seat car rolled 6 times and landed on her she passed away Melissa and Rick went to jail her charge was consent to DUI his was DUI and vehicular homicide. They all new each other was drunk and still got in the car so in my eyes they all new what could happen and they all made a wrong choice should of got a room at the motel next door and saved more money then what the accident cost them and saved a life... but they were all 3 adults and they all 3 made the choice to get into that vehical.

Wrong They were at the Double O and left there when it closed, they went to Madisonville and stayed at Sharons house, left there headed to Shilo Rd to Ricks house, were they made it to Just south of Roberts Rd. The rest of the charges are right.

Dumbass, it is public knowledge that they had just pulled an all night bender and were drunk as skunks.
Anybody who has pity on a drunk driver is a moron that needs to be the same place, in the grave.

How does the person that signed in as County Fire Dept. know if it was the Light House or Double O.
Or that they went to 2 different homes.

If they were that drunk and the accident was that bad then I wonder how they were able to get any info out of 3 drunks with 1 being dead?

I know that when you get behind the wheel of a car whether it be under the influence of any substance you are taking the cahnce of hurting not only yourself but others in the vehicle and innocent people driving. Its very difficult to do a job that our rescue, ems, or fire where they have to see the aftermath of such bad judgement. Drunk driving can kill anyone. I certainly feel like they should be hung out to dry. Rick, has been in trouble for the same thing prior to this accident and didnt learn the first time and caused a second death in his lifetime. How many more lives is he gonna take before something was to be done. I hope the justice system locks him up for the rest of his life. All of them in the vehicle need to be held accountable for the death of that poor woman, and she did die a horrible death. and at the same time we all need to think before we get in a vehicle with someone that has been drinking as weel. Better desicions and better judgement can prevent these types of accidents

Im with u I wish they had never built that place... but the drunk drivers were coming from the light house and 2 other bars 1 in madisonville and the other in Sweetwater... to bad we can only enforce the laws in our county and by the time they made it to McMinn they were all over the rd and that was all it took..
