This is so exciting for Gaston-Swansea, SC. The school district here need to focus more on the education level of these children not the syllabus. My opinion.

Congratulations to Lillian Atkins too!

There's a lot that needs to change in our district. Holding students accountable to state standards would be a great place to start. We need to truly educate them before we socially promote them. They are the ones that suffer in the long run.

I agree with this statement totally. However, as a parent, I also consider it MY responsibility to assure my children’s education regardless of their respective school's requirements. They are at the tops of their classes, and so I feel that we also need more parent involvement. Perhaps we should mandate a No Parents Left Behind law. Just kidding, but this district does have the fewest amount of involved parents that I have personally ever seen. At our last SIS improvement Council meeting we had three parents; including myself. This is sad.

The Improvement council is not supposed to be comprimsed of more than three parents. The school is meeting its legal requirements. The school board meeting is on Monday if you're interested in rallying troops for that forum.

Peace.

Perhaps I should rephrase this. The parents that attended this meeting had nothing to offer, no input and no suggestions. The principle is not pushing involment. I myself am not a member of this council but ask for and acquire the permission to attend, so my point actually is that some of the members do not even show up. It is time for folks to stop with ONLY meeting their "legal requirements" and start changing things. The futures of our students are depending on this.

And, those of us who WANT to be involved you've cut off communication with COMPLETELY, Stephen! Let MEeeeeee be involved in our children's lives and education and stop pretending that YOUUUUU are the only one who cares!

Call your ex-wife whom you've cut off all communication with and let HERRRRRRRRrr back into the lives and education of her children. It's not all about YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU, Stephen. Other's WANT to be there, but, YOUUUUUUUUUUu are the problem, NOT the solution to EVERY problem. YOUUUUUUUUUUU just won't admit to it.

OUR children also need a SAFE environment and they don't need to be exposed only to YOUUUUUUUU! They want and NEED to be around OTHER family members. Control Freaks NEED to be exposed as something OTHER than SAINTS. YOUUUUUU are NOT a SAINT. LET your wife see her children and stop controlling EVERY move they make. They MIGHT want to see their mother, except for the fact, maaaaaaaaybe, that you have told EXTREME lies about her to the children.

ALL teachers in Gaston! Be aware that Stephen Dailey IS a wife and child ABUSER. He hurts people. Call your wife, Stephen, and let her see her children!

Youuuuuuuuu are only teaching your/our children how to be haters, Stephen. You've told them to hate their mother when their mother gave you EVERYthing! Everything she had.......but, you don't appreciate a thing because you have a personality disorder that is extreme and needs to be tended to.
