In hopes of helping travelers through the two weeks of holiday travel, the state Department of Transportation has installed temporary restrooms at the Maria Miles Visitor Information Center on Interstate 95, even though state budget cuts have closed the Salisbury center and four others indefinitely.

apparently, the Gov or one of his minions travels that part of RTE 95 and had no place to release his/her bowels. Did they use doggy bags before?
