Excellent - it is about time Granite City got a big box hardware store. Hopefully that will encourage other stores to come to the area and the people will not have to leave the area to shop.

We don't have to go out of town to shop! The stores are here no one ever thinks of them. We already have Ace, Pace, RP and Dons. Between the three I can get anything I need for any project I would ever want to do. They can order any hardware you want if they don't carry it. Frankly yes, it will cost a little more, but it's not much. To me keeping my neighbors employed in decent jobs so they can spend their money here too and generate tax revenue for us is the important thing. I never break my budget doing this, I do add a little extra when I start saving for a project but like I said it isn't that much extra in the grand scheme of things

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Virgo

Someone is being headstrong and wilful, and absolutely determined to do what they want. Mercury is retrograde and it's a Full Moon in Cancer with a lunar eclipse all happening tonight! This could lead to some heated discussions and possibly even rows, as you argue the toss back and forth. It might be best to accept that there's very little possibility of reaching an agreement rather than to get locked in a stubborn battle of wills. Besides, you don't want anything to spoil what promises to be a very enjoyable New Year's Eve. Have fun!
