No doubt in my mind. If a good candidate could come in and keep the city safer, absolutely. The only thing is, I don't think they were a 24 hour department were they? They had a limited number of officers I think. With about 5-6 plus a chief, I believe if could be very beneficial. And what was up with that last truck they bought????
