FINALLY!!! I live on Howard Brannen Road where the dog pound is located. And I am SICK AND TIRED of people leaving their unwanted dogs here. Maybe if we could get someone who gave a damn about their job we would not have to live this way. There are also children who live down here and we are afraid that one day someone is going to leave a dog who has rabies or that is aggressive and will attack one of the children. Then there would be legal action involved. Becuase if someone is not doing their job then they should be REPLACED!!!! I pay my taxes just like everyone else and that is how that man is paid! There is no sense in living down here and those dogs running loose. I mean HELLO the damn dog pound is down the road!
Matt I will make sure that my family and I go and vote for you!!!!!!!!!!

i have no idea who has started this rumor. no i am not running for the dog catcher. i am a deputy and will be a deputy. but i do agree there needs to be something done about the animal problem in all of Appling county.

I am sorry for if I offended you in any way Matt. I was only trying to voice my opnion. I just really wish someone would stand up and take that job. Because people do not have to deal with this epidemic of stray dogs like we do! See I have this cat problem that maybe you could deal with, this cat keeps me awake at night howling like as if it is a dog. Very strange huh.
