Hi my name is Eve, I too was a former boarder. Alice is a wonderful person. She took really good care of Bola and Blue my two Thoroughbreds. She went to Vet School, worked as a Vet Tech. So she knows some of the medical. She has a giving spirit. I know we all can't please everyone. But why put so much negativity out there. Lets put positive energy out. I found out she doesn't board horses anymore. The horses that are there are hers. So lets just say "Great Job Alice, keep up the good work" You make kids smile with your low prices for riding and all the other activities. So all you gossippers go get a Job, or go voluneer and help someone so you won't be so negative.

Do yourself and mostly your horse the biggest favor of your life and stay away from this place as she is dangerous for your horses. says she is a and there is no way in the world that is true. may have went to vet tech school but knows nothing gives horses all their shorts in their necks WRONG there are only certain shots that go in the neck into the vein the rest go in the rump ask any real Vet. neck shots can kill real easy. Horses are over work an feed in correct she may ride but is also afraid of them when on their back and does teaching riding correctly. does not know proper riding techines and doesn't pay enough attention to the pupils when they are riding. this is the place aand person to stay away from run for your life there are really good places aand people around and this is not it

Well all I have to say is keep your opinions to yourself. If I don't have anything good to say of someone I just don't say anything. Like I mentioned before; you can't please everyone. Apparently she did not please you---MOVE ON! Who are you to judge? Do you please everyone? Can you walk on water? I don't think so. And the reason I mention having a job is because if you were busy with YOUR OWN life you wouldn't have to be sticking your nose into someone elses. People like you only say what is reflecting in their own lives---NEGATIVITY, FEAR, GREED, ENVY etc. Get some hope---go to church, go to a support group, talk to a counselor, get some LOVE, PEACE in your heart. If you feel someone needs help, pray for them, offer them help not your demeaning criticizism. This will be the last comment I make. And I hope and pray it will be your last too.
God Bless Eve

Thanks for posting. Saw them on Craigslist and thought I'd check reviews before proceeding.

Not familiar with this forum but it seems like the whole point is to judge/give an opinion on the business. Then people like me can read about the experiences of other customers and make an informed decision.

So.., Thank You for having an opinion, being "judgemental", and sharing your experience!

My little girl takes lessons here and I must say I love it. I haven't seen my little girl this happy in a long time. The people are so great and the instructor is amazing. They really care and take the time to teach and really let the kids learn hands on. Alice has an amazing place and the kids all seem to love it. I think this is the best place for childern to learn to ride.

I have helped personally remove several horses from this facility due to the conditions over the last 4 years... Perhaps that speaks volumes....As much as attempts to have improvements made on the facility it is somewhere that they are unable to keep the volenteers who actually do most of the work...Again does this not speak volumes.....

Well, do any of you people have lives? I have talked to Alice and she doesn't even board anymore and that was a few months ago. So with that said why are you people on this forum? Talking about her like your issues happened yesterday? Get over it and move on. Kings Victory Farms is alive and thriving so get on with your life, Alice did and good for her is all I can say. I asked her why she doesn't respond to you all, she said because she is too busy with her business to address comments like these. Its a waste of her time. She likes to remain positive, so ladies and gentlemen seek Pease, Love, kindness, etc. and it will come back to you in abundance.

To anyone taking lessons at this facility. Please use caution when taking riding lessons. She has been threw several teachers and volunteers in the last few months she over works the horses. Horses should not bite when they are being cinched, this tells you they are cinch sour and have had sores in the girth area. Saddles need to fit horses properly and not just be thrown on just any horse, this can cause saddle sores and sore backs. I hope if you use this facility for lessons that you take the time to observe the horses and think about how they might be treated, are they getting proper down time to recover are they being ridden while they are sick. Horses are not born mean they learn it as a deference mechanism, they learn bad habits from people that own them. I talked to a lady that I meet a few months ago that was at this facility and observed Alice using another ladies horse to teach and the horse was just diagnosed with pneumonia. I would use extreme caution if you choose to use this facility. Just my opinion from 1 horse lover to another.

Like I said "Get lives people" Why are you all so obessed with her? If you truly are "horse lovers" go volunteer. She is thriving so she must be doing something right. PEACE

cared for, gentle, and well feed. Come see for your
self. I do not offer boarding services.

I welcome visits to the barn during class or by

Alice is a good person. That being said...I have been taking my daughter here for two years and have mixed emotions. While my daughter lives it...of course. I am glad she knew how to ride before coming to Kings. This is a place to practice not learn how to ride. The horses are well taken care of but not well suited for inexperienced riders. I know these posts are older so I thought I would post an update. Learn how to handle a horse...then come here.

In the three years I have been taking lessons with Alice, none of the demoralizing things that people say above^^ are true. Alice and her staff are wonderful horsemen, people, and teachers. Alice cares about every student and especially every horse. Her horses are fed well, given minerals, and washed whenever the air is warm enough to prevent a horse getting sick. She pays attention to her students, and provides help and tips to anyone who seems to need them. When I came to Kings Victory Farms, I was not very skilled in horseback riding, now after 3 years, I barrel race, at all 4 gaits, on her most advanced(and feisty) horse, very well. I suggest going to Kings Victory Farms.

Hi,
I ride at Kings Victory Farms, its the best place, I LOVE it, the horses are soo sweet. I used to ride Duchess, she was the most perfect horse ever, now I ride Sterling, he is a beautiful and great horse, and the riding lessons are great, I have never been hurt there, and if I get bit or anything I WONT blame it on Alice, cause I know theres chances of getting hurt when riding horses, it happens. So people stop saying bad stuff about her, she is nice, And NONE of that bad stuff above is true, ALL of her horses are fed properly (I have seen them fed), groomed well (I have groomed the horses), and given the right meds if they need them.So you people can shut up, I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOO happy there, I learned how to trot and partly canter and post there

I am a beginner rider and I've started taking lessons here. The horses are beautiful and they are so sweet! Alice really focuses on making me comfortable, and making sure I am in a safe environment while I learn. Sometimes I bring bags of carrots and just spend time and feed the horses. I love it at kings victory farms !
