Joe Larkins may have committed some sort of crime; but he did not steal 55,000 pills from Neil Medical. He is not a pharmacy worker and did not have access to the number of pills in which he is accussed of embezzeling. I have know Joe Larkins personally for 25 years, I know what he is capable of and what he is not capable of and He is not HEAD of Any Drug Ring; or any type of King Pin of anything. The Police are WRONG. If they are looking for a king pin in that area, maybe they should look at the brother (s) of the Mayor of Pink Hill. Word on the street is that He is the one behind the onflux of drugs in Lenoir, Onslow, and Pender Counties. Give Joe Larkins a POLYGRAPH Test so you all can see what he actually DID NOT Do. He may have done something but all of these enormous King Pin charges and Head of Drug Ring Issues, and the amount of Pills that he was accused of stealing, is wrong. Did you know that Neil Medical had an employee last year that was Fired for stealing the same drugs that Mr. Larkins is said to have taken. He is a victim of a Cover Up and the real kingpin is still on the loose. I hope Curlee and SBI agent Joe Smith, will seek True Justice. Because they have ARRESTED the wrong MAN, if they were looking for a KING PIN.
