Ok He was my first love and this is not the guy i know. You know, do you know his side? Because I do and unless you know the shit that has happened to him in his life i suggest you shut up and not judge him. HE is not a bad person and who are you to say that the guy he shot didnt deserve it. IT's all about the VICTIM! Well Timothy was an asshole.... so thank you.... think about casey's life and all the hell he's gone through... no all you people ever do is judge but when you have walked a mile in his shoes, then and only then do you have the right to judge.

yes I do know both sides Yes Tim was arrogant and had made enemies but that does not justify what he did I know the girl involved and the family where the shooting took place. I never said he was a bad person I never judged him either that is for a jury of his peers and God. Nobody deserves to be shot over the issues at hand that led to the shooting. It is sad that two families are now with out there son's. But it is not sad he got indicted, that is what happens when you make rash decisions and act with emotions. So please when you lash out in anger and direct your anger towards a post look at what was really said not what you interpeted to say.
I Said it is sad that he hid in the woods and a family has to bury there son.

If I remember correctly, Casey, the National Guardsman who shot and killed Timothy from Port Barre, was from Church Point.

I am sorry but I do not understand how you were raised as a human, but NOONE deserved to be shot like Timothy was. We are all human and yes we get angry by certain situations that arise but
there is no reason to kill another person in cold blood and if you believe that we should feel sorry for Casey, he does not have my sympathy at all. If he had problems, he should of got help or if you knew eveything that he was going through, why didn't you try and help him? I do not care if someone is a jackass or arrogant, they do not deserve to be murdered. Sorry if I am not giving you what you want for Casey and that is sympathy. In prison, he will meet his match and get what he deserves, cause he will be somebodys BITCH and justice will be served through his asshole!!!!!

I went to school with casey...and first of all I feel sad for Timothy's family. Secondly I feel sorry for his family even though he was crazy. He really had mental problems. The people who feel sorry for him apparently have mental problems also and need to be where he is at too. When he shot Timothy, two lives were lost, his and Timothy's. Since I was in High School with him I always new that he would be the one that would do something that stupid.

I am NOT talking about casy and timothy. I do not know them or their situation. I am only speaking in broad terms about the post by Outspoken. Outspoken, you said "NOONE deserved to be shot like...... " oh man, you are soooooo wrong there. Damn, i know lots of people who need either a good azz whoopin or a really deserve to be shot. The truest bumper sticker i`ve ever seen said "So many idiots, so few bullets" lol. Hell, i think "He needed killing" is sometimes a justifiable reason for ridding the gene pool of some idiot. That being said, let me repeat that i do NOT know the people involved in the story about casy and timmothy. I am not talking about them, just in general terms. thank you
