I am glad to hear Burger King apologized to the family and the baby. I am also glad Burger King did not invite them for a "Beer". In my opinion it takes a bigger person to apologize and say "we made a mistake" and it goes a lot further.

Really what is wrong with people, that they are incapable of thinking for them-selves. This was just totally ridiculous on the part of Burger King.

Investors lose millions, and people lose jobs when that happens. But about Burger King, I think it was good they apologiesed, but even better was how graciously the young mother accepted it.

There is such a thing as common sense, which none of those people used. They should be disciplined with a slap on the wrist at least. How embarrassing for the customers who were bothered by those not so bright employees.

A big shot fast food manager, who thought that he or she knew everything must have been picked on in school trying to flex his muscles. Thats why they get paid what they get.

As a health department inspector for 18 years, it is not a health code violation for a customer not to have shoes on ... it is a violation if the employee does not have shoes on.

BURGER KING IS CALLING THIS A " TRAINING ISSUE" PLEASE! The only training that is required is the manager for " ANGER MANAGEMENT"

You might be surprised how much some of the store managers for Burger King make. It's the "regular employees" who don't make squat.

This really disgusts me, especially since my husband and I have both gotten food poisoning from this particular Burger King a month ago...and sorry, but the little baby's foot wasn't the reason! Having a child in a restaurant doesn't disgust me, however the ppl behind the counter do! What a shame they would use this excuse and not look at the cleanliness of their own ppl. To this manager, I say...GROW UP!

you know, i have had it with burger king!!! i like the food when its hot and fresh but that dont happen but maybe 1 out of 5 times. and how many times do you go and order your food thru drive and be pulled forward and there isnt even no one behind you. they cheat on their times for drive thru orders. the food is most times cold and times you get rude service. and now they kick a 6 month old baby out!!! well sorry that does it for me!! i have 5 kids and spend alot there but i think ill take my business somewhere else!!

I wouldn't have stayed and eaten at all after being treated that way. It's nice that they received an apology, but if it were me I'd never go there again. Frankly, I'd be too embarrassed and worried about what they might do to my food if they remembered me.

With the state of health and germs why would any mother take their child out at any age without at least socks. Shame on her and good for the burger joint. Next time put some shoe on your kid you were shoe dont you.

If the child can walk they should be wearing shoes. There's a lot of country people out there who let their kids walk around without shoes.

When my kids were infants (18-20 yrs ago) the pediatricians did not want babies wearing shoes until they were walking
