I swear it pisses me off when people talk bad about the theatre and Rick. Rick is like another father to me and I work at the theatre and it's a million times better than Connersvilles. It's cheaper and with this new renovation it's going to be amazing. There's parking behind the theatre for the people who didn't know and the bank like others said. Rick is one of the nicest people I know so please keep others feelings in mind when you open your mouth!

Because she doesn't live around here and I haven't seen her in 5+ years.

Starting to get concerned that the money given to the project is getting used correctly. The project is nearly a half a year behind. I wonder if there is some over site to the money. The movie business is a tuff one to be in right now. If I remember, the amount given was around $600,000

Why is it taking so long to reopen? Or is it going to be just like the laundromat?

It's actually almost complete. What most people don't understand is that when this first started, it took him awhile to get the permits to start on the bathrooms and what not. It wasn't him. The people that were actually working on it took their sweet ass time. The people with the seats had other jobs to do also and they had to measure the area and order them and then put them in. There was a lot more going on that nobody understands unless you're like me and work there and have known him since birth. He's not to be blamed. The laundry mat will probably never reopen. It's not worth the amount of money it will take to fix it.

Seriously?? Maybe he is a nice guy. I don't know him. But, your theater will NOT be a million times better than what Connersvillle or surrounding areas have. Keep dreaming! LMAO!!

People are asking so that can understand, we are looking forward to the new operation. Knowing him since birth has nothing to do with how the progress is coming along. I support and want it to be successful.

Is there a projected re-opening date planned?

Not from Connersville or Brook-shit-ville. I have been to Connersville's theater. It's very nice. How's the good ole boy club that owns your town doing??? My car has never been in impound.
